Any exercises that you'd recommend for a self taught martial artist, who wants to have fluidity and move with grace? Danke in advance

Im in the same boat, trying to learn some coordination, mobility, agility, rhythm and better footwork through dance. Learning shuffle dance for this reason, but i like ballet for its fluidity, its spins and to practice being relaxed and not all rigid.
Breakdance has obvious strength benefits, asks a lot of all your body, capoeira is great, tap dancing is pretty good for footwork

Louisa, this was brilliant!! I haven’t been working out recently due to back to back illness and a neck injury but I felt ready to try get back into it. You’re the only person who can motivate me, I adore your workouts, they started off my fitness journey years ago! I was daunted by the length but went in with the aim of completing the routine and not only did I make it to the end but I absolutely adored every minute and feel so energised and strong. Thank you x1000 🫶🏼
