I get where you're coming from but even when this bug was active (it's fixed now) it still wasn't as strong as shado-pan overall. I just liked running the hero talent.
Glad you liked the run! I much preferred the conduit playstyle but as of 11.0.5 the bug no longer works so Conduit is not really viable anymore which sucks. The interrupt tracker is a weakaura and you can get it here: wago.io/MInterruptTracker
what's that addon on the right thats a bigwig alternative for when bosses cast their mechanics? that's really sick. the one with the timer and all that is vertical on the right
So that is a weakaura that converts your DBM or Bigwigs timers into a vertical timeline that I find has much better clarity than the standard ability timers. You can get the weakaura here: wago.io/RaidAbilityTimeline
I mean I’m a little bit biased but I think it’s one of the most enjoyable classes to play! If you have a monk character you can play as a healer, tank, or a damage dealer so there is a lot of variety! Monks also have a lot of mobility and a diverse range of utility that can be used in a lot of situations. I would definitely try it out and see if you like it, it has a very unique style that I find people either love or hate!

Yeah it is a shame I really enjoyed being able to run celestial for a change, it was actually really fun. Hopefully it gets some buffs in the future and becomes competitive with shado-pan for m+
@@GhondieGames Well Shado-pan is still better overall but I’m really enjoying the play style of Conduit at the moment. Although i am taking advantage of a bug with conduit at the moment which makes it better than it should be in mythic plus, it’s really grown on me with its high APM windows, it just feels a lot more fast paced and less passive compared to Shado-pan. Bit of a long winded answer but tldr: because I’m enjoying it 😅
@@Thegrumpyjuggler @marcschoolcraft6708 Conduit is supposed to scale and split damage based on targets you're hitting, but if you roll out and cast, you're hitting 0-1 targets. You don't end up splitting the damage and your SEF does full damage to mobs without the AoE target scaling invoked. Use liberally, theres no confirmation on whether Blizzard would ban anyone for it, but with how wishy washy they are with bans, just be careful.

I wouldn’t give up on Windwalker mate. Sure we aren’t a FotM spec by any means and haven’t been for a long time but if you enjoy the play style, mobility, and utility then that’s all the matters right? There’ll always be classes that out perform others but that’s not a reason to give up on a class you enjoy.
@@WindwalkerPOV I love my windwalker, its fun af, but blizzard can see we are doing really low aoe dmg compared to other class/specs. Why the hell did they nerf Dance of Chi-ji from 300% to 200%, i dont understand.

The two Drust adds were casting Spirit Bolt and targeting me, we didn’t interrupt them and so I got one shot 😅

No not for one target, I think it would actually be a damage loss to move away
