Why would the recruiting decline? There are already recruits for 2024. So, Prime couldn't beat ULM with likely a better than those two would have but some how Ed Reed will? If Ed was for real, he would have made sure things didn't go south at BCU. Prime got rid of a lot of players after Spring 21. The idea that most of the guys on the team weren't guys he wanted is ridiculous. They don't want HBCUs moving up to FBS. Hiring Ed Reed won't change that. Ed Reed isn't for real or he would just agree to be a brand ambassador and just give the same support to JSU without being the coach. When was the last time you were on an FBS campus and looked at the facilities? I've been to a few. JSU doesn't need Ed Reed to upgrade to what some of them have.
