One of my most favorite trips to Disney World is when the family had a Savannah view. The kids woke up early to have breakfast on the patio and watch the animals. I LOVED mornings with a cup of coffee and being on the patio. This is definitely on my top of resorts. The hallways though 😢
AKV is one of my home resorts. Best purchase we made. Nice place to stay if you don’t want to go to the parks. Artifacts all through the resorts. The room doors are gorgeous.
The pool slide at Kidani is my favorite of all the parks. The goal for each slide is to try and skip my fat butt along the top of the water. I am able to do a pretty good job on that slide.
It's my home resort and I have not regretted it. It's so unique and beautiful. My one complaint is the lack of color in the rooms and the cheap fake rough hewn furniture. And it's worse the bigger the room. I stayed in a 2-bedroom and it was like miles of chocolate milk brown ugliness. It's very strange how beautiful the public areas are and how ugly the rooms are. I have hope for the refurb.

Good point about the room interior....guess you're supposed to spend more time on the balcony
