Brother, I'm 60, was extremely athletic all life. That said, 47 spinal procedures, 13 were major spinal surgeries. Before you go hogwild stretching, twisting and pushing it, make sure you DO NOT HAVE DISC HERNIATIONS! I pushed it, and well, big fu€k¡ng mistake. I am ok now, no more golf though and I'm retired.

Absolute beast of a meow meow. Felt the struggle with the back pain, just hoping you haven't set yourself backwards in your recovery. Did my back about 5 years ago - my left SI joint. No fun when you're a hospital cleaner (tight cramped spaces and lots of hunched-over work, and bending down to the floor) ... every chiro session got deleted within 2 work shifts, with multiple bouts of Sciatica pain - always felt like I was going backwards. Decided enough was enough, have just quit that job, and so far (fingers, and absolutely EVERYTHING crossed), seems to be getting better with every session.
Hang in there mate - might have to take the back seat and the the fillies take center-stage. Stay safe, healthy, and rest up that back - your channel and followers rely on it being strong! Cheers from Sydney, Australia!

You need to start wearing back brace doing any strenuous activity till you heal up a lot more. I had to have L-4, L-5, and S1 fused together.

Freaking Hog!!! Also to help back get a lacrosse ball. Put it against wall and roll back over it. Man it does wonders for the pain, and loosen everything up.

I feel for ya with that back pain. I did that 6 years ago. I had to regularly go to the chiropractor for four months to get the disc in place and then I bought an inversion table to keep it from happening again. 👍
