Hi Mandy! I've been binging your content for a solid month now and I cannot thank you enough! You are by far the best POD content creator I've come across. You are so helpful, very detailed, very organized and I really appreciate how you take the time to explain everything as thoroughly as you do. Since I started watching you and implementing your suggestions, I finally got my first sale on my Etsy shop! Please keep up the amazing work, I am so excited and eager to see what else you have in store for us!
I second this!! Mandy UA-cam is the best by far!! I am able to start my POD because of how much detailed walkthrough she shared here. I got my first sale July 17 and now getting more favorites seem like my items are getting found. I’m moving on to fall and Xmas shirts now. Want to get a head start. Thank so much Mandy!!
YES! I totally agree, the best POD content creator! I have a few others I follow, but have found they leave out steps. It's like they are intentionally doing that to prevent newcomers from doing things correctly. Many, THANK YOU SO MUCH for your thorough teachings!!
Thank you so much, Mandy. It's so helpful to watch you create your mock ups with an efficient well-planned process. This is my first year on Etsy and I realized while watching your video that I create designs without much thought to shirt colors, so I waste a lot of time when it comes to pulling mock ups together. I can't wait to try your process out this week. I already feel less overwhelmed from just watching a simpler, more structured process start to finish.
Oh Mandy! I could never thank you enough for this video. This is absolutely life changing! I've been working tirelessly for 6 weeks on new listings on my shop. This hack to create a template and drag and drop the new design into the copy is saving me AT LEAST 30-45 minutes per listing. Now it takes me 30 seconds. I'm completely blown away. Thank you for sharing your gifts! This will make the endurance/perserverance of this POD game so much easier!
So many helpful tips! A few more things I do for productivity: 1. When making a design, if it has black text I will copy the design itself and make a white version. They’re in the same file when I download it and I can make it on the same mock-up file. 2. This one works for me because I only offer 7 colors per item, but I keep all of my mock-ups in one folder. The first 7 are BC3001, then CC1717, then Gildan 18000. I name each page with Bella White, Bella black, etc with each mock-up. I sort the images by which mock-up gets a light/white design or a dark/black design. So light colored BC, CC, gildan, then dark of each. Then once i save my file, I can upload the BC listing, CC listing, and gildan listing all back to back. 3. I don’t save my files on canva, just to my computer. It’s not often you need the mock-up file after you post the listing, so I save it to my computer and then edit the previous file without making a copy. 4. If my mock-up has a sleeve or something in the way, I’ll duplicate the mock-up , magic erase everything but the sleeve, line up the image where it looks natural, and then just use it to cover the design. It makes the mock-up look more natural. Kinda a fake photoshop layers hack. Your holiday tip totally saved me! I’ve been trying to figure out how to use holiday mock-ups more efficiently.
@@studiomdesignsco it’s been a lifesaver! I’m excited for your listing video which I’m assuming is coming up! I’m curious how our processes differ for that. Loving your videos!
Mandy, you are so organized, can you help us with tutorial of how to manage/store all the designs, mockups, downloads etc... I am so afraid to lose all my files. Do you use a cloud service? i am all over the place with my folders and I only have a laptop. Kaizen, and Gemba! wow! you do work smarter and not harder. Thank you.
@@babyblue7798 I agree! I'd like to see a video on organizing files (designs, mockups, graphics, etc.) on the computer and how to set up files/templates in Canva.
Awesome job with this video! I was sitting in the car wash yelling at my phone when you did the drag and swap for mock-ups. This whole time block series really speaks to the way I have to work on Etsy with all of the things going on in life right now. I’m used to managing teams of people and this series is teaching me to manage my time like the limited resource it is. Thank You!
Hello Mandy. I really appreciate your technique of time blocking. I am fairly new at POD and have been having a problem streamlining the whole process from research to design to upload. Your videos speak to this in a clear and understandable way that really takes a load off my shoulders. I have been feeling a bit overwhelmed with the whole process because I tend to get distracted easily. I will start working on something and get another idea or see something I find appealing and want to start working on that. The technique of focusing on one task at a time looks like it will be perfect for me. Though I'm still watching the videos for the first time, I am getting an actual physical sense of relief, feeling like this will really help me with the process of working on Etsy. I intend to go over the videos again and follow along step by step. I have watched many different content creators and I have to tell you that you are doing a great job at teaching and I really appreciate it. Keep up the good work and thanks for the inspiration!
gosh Mandy, I am watching all my teachers, Caissy, Simply Shawna… everyone… but your brain works just like mine… ❤You are my number one teacher, thank you for this absolutely smart series… you totally changed my life!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
OMG Mandy I didn’t know about this drag and snap thing in Canva!! This is saving me so much pain! I love being in the passenger seat while you work. Will you be covering the SEO for these? Would love to see your process for doing SEO for multiple designs/listings with similar but not identical titles, descriptions and tags. LOVE this series. Thank you! ❤❤❤
@christinebossa7269 Typically clicking just places it on the design area as-is. Dragging allows you to snap it onto the exact spot as the existing placeholder and it will retain transparency settings as well 😊
Hi Mandy! Wow! I have been skimming through tutorial videos related to POD for over a year. (on and off between actually trying to get my business up and running while full time employed). I thought I had narrowed it down to 4 or 5 other video producers when it came to giving a viewer all the information you need to get all things POD happening. But then I found you because I wasn't happy with other videos related to creating blankets in Pinterest. You have now jumped to #1 on my list as you teach SO much detail and you give so much great advice that I didn't even realise was part of a POD success story. Thanks so much - I usually skip the long videos but not yours!!
Omg Mindy! I been using Canva for about five months and I been learning so many small tricks just by watching your videos! I think that one of the most valuable one is the history of the mockups! I really have made my life hard 😅 I cannot thank you enough for everything that you share ❤ 🎉 I can’t wait to see my shop finally getting some traction as I apply everything I’ve learned from you! You are totally an expert on Kittl I was playing around with it yesterday and girl! I was in there for maybe an hour and I didn’t finish the design because I couldn’t figure things out 😅 but I will keep trying and eventually I will become an expert or at least close to an expert 😂
OMG! thank you so much. I've been stuck on how to effectively upload in bulk for Q4, this so much help from you. I would love a how to see a video on how to just organized files and Mock-up on Canva. Thank you for all you do🙏
Not that it matters, but does this drag and switch actually remove the original design and replace it with the new one, or is the old image still a layer underneath? I guess as long as it looks okay then it doesn't matter, but it confuses me that it would take away what is already there when a new image is dragged in. I'm going to have to play with it now to see how it works. Ha ha.
Love your video series and how efficient you've made the process! I'm a Lean person, too, so was trying to establish a solid process, especially since I have just pockets of time here and there. This will definitely help me! Thank you!
Mandy! I soooo appreciate you. You are an excellent teacher and I am having so much fun designing and doing it well from the beginning. And organizing it from the start. You are so talented!!
Ive watched a lot of videos on etsy but your videos have been the best! You have left no knowledge out! most videos, you have to go figure out other stuff yourself and it gets overwhelming!!! You actually took the time to help us with every step so Thank you so much for sharing your time and knowledge with us. we appreciate it! :)
You describe things so well and with a tone that makes it impossible to stay away from your awesome channel. This was very helpful. You give so much practicle value. Awesome stuff as always.
Thanks, Mandy! Twin Cities girl here too. You have taught me so much! Just made mockups and SEO keywords for my first listings this weekend (using your videos) and hope to get started on my shop this week.
I have purchased a few “whole shop” bundles over time so I technically have hundreds in total 😅. That being said, I only have maybe a few dozen within my actual Canva templates (for each different brand/style that I sell) plus a handful of seasonal options 😊
OMG I love all your videos!!! I love the hack with the video!!! I also took the time yesterday to organize all my files like your set up!!! Thank you Mandy!!!!
I do things almost the same as you do but 2 things you do much better. I always copy my design and place on my mock up but I see what you said about efficiency & uploading and it is much better your way! I also make a template with designs but I use one design and include all pages of all the designs I'm working on and save all at once. I like doing it separately like you do and I think I will move to that-it makes it better to create the videos this way as well so I don't need to enter the page #'s each time! THANK YOU!
Oh Mandy, for the last 6 years I have been struggling with mockups. 6 Years! I could never figure out how to make them on Canva!! I can NOT thank you enough for your tutorial on this subject, I only have an etsy shop and needed to make them for Printables and Art Images that I have for sale. I am wondering where to get a consistent set for Printable cards and 8x8 and 10x10 mockups
Love these in-depth videos. Very few do them so they're much appreciated! My question is when we have all the mockups ready to go, do you create active listings, or do you do what some others suggest and create an Etsy listing first, but only synch it your POD provider after it sells? That way you're not working on uploading to the POD, synching it to Etsy, then tweaking it in Etsy before publishing when some of those designs may not sell.
That’ll be in the next time block! I actually do prefer to start in my print provider. Yes it adds a few extra minutes on the front end, but I’d rather do that up front than have to dig around and find the design file later (especially during the holidays when orders flood in - I want it to be as automated as possible). No right or wrong on this one, just a personal preference 🤓
WOW! I have Canva, Kittl, PlaceIt, and several other programs, but I've been using Photoshop, mainly. This method looks so much more efficient! Thanks for another AWESOME video!
It makes things soooo fast! This process alone is why I won’t leave Canva, I can’t do this particular method anywhere else this fast (that I know of!) 🤩 Thanks for being here!! 💜
Wow! I'm such a time-wasting newbie! I have to change the way I do things to get these mockups made. Thank you so much for these videos. Question: how do you match up the mock-ups to the variants in Etsy? I feel that's where I'm stuck right now. Thanks again and I'm glad I found you.
Watched the videos in this series and got excited so I just time blocked the research, design, and mock-up and funny enough am doing six sigma training at work 😅 thank you for this!!!!
Hi Mandy! Bummer that the crop changes kicked in the day after your video! I did see the comment were you agreed to the suggestion of using a 2000 x 2000 template moving forward. Is this correct? Why? (sorry, I find a different size in every other video, so its hard to understand the decision) And this size would apply to product photos AND thumbnails? Confused if these are 2 different things that require preparation in 2 different sizes. Thank you so much Mandy, I appreciate it!
I’ve actually started going back to using the standard ratio. Publishing as a square sometimes results in photos getting cropped too much since Etsy still uses both ratios in different places. As long as your photos aren’t zoomed in too close on the design (and keep anything important away from the left and right edges) the original sizes are usually fine 😊
Amazing, Casey Johnson has a great hair issue hack in her last Canva updates video using the layers and two copies of the mock up you can make the design slip under hair!
I had created templates for each type of clothing including a mockup for all possible color options available from my printer. I delete any color that doesn't work with my design, helping decide what colors to offer. It absolutely streamlines the mockup phase and helps with the color option decisions. I also name each slide the color of the shirt so when I download the pictures, all files are named properly. Another streamline method.
Hi Mandy loving your videos you say in your video that you like the customer to see the colours they are buying from the drop down box have you got a video on this how to set up like that for etsy / printify i know how to set variations up in etsy but i think i need to do more than that. Rob UK.
Very informative and helpful. I’m down for anything that can help me save time while ramping up productivity. I have a Etsy shop that’s stuck at just shy of 250 sales. A big factor of this is that I only have 11 listings at the moment. So a process like this can drastically help with putting up more listings faster.
I got wonderful mockups but sometimes it's obvious a image file is overlaying the mockup. I don't know how to make it look natural or warped to the mockup... Not without changing the entire color adjustments. I just need more hq mockups than what kittle or canva/placeit offer
HI Mandy! I am LOVING your tips, they are a huge time saver. One thing I did to to help me keep track of similar colors like dark grey and dark grey heather, I added a slide with a heading in front of that color group. My question is... How many slides are too many? I bought a whole shop bundle and there are so many Bella + Canvas 3001. I could easily get to over 100 slides and that's not counting seasonal.
Just found you today and I'm on #3. I had to actually stop this video, grab my phone so I could comment! I cannot count the number of WTF's I've said while watching you! You are a for REAL hero! I'm building my shop from my work PC (my own laptop turned up the blue screen of death 😩) and only have small blocks of time in between work tasks. I'm forever grateful for your knowledge and generosity!!! New sub, of course!!! ❤❤❤
Thanks for the FAST reply! Just one more quick question as I am hunting and searching for decent mock-ups... Do you have to purchase a separate mock-up for each color you offer? Or is there a way to change the color when you upload into Printify?
I typically have at least one mockup per color I offer so that I can show each variation (I find that actual mockups convert better than just color charts). Look for bundles - there’s some good ones out there and you’ll save a ton of money that way 😊
@@amyrp9115 Hey, Amy--I think you're asking about the design, not the mockup. Sorry if I'm wrong. But if you haven't found out yet, when you create an item in Printify, you can select the size options and color options you want to sell on. Then when you're placing the design, there's a button you can click to make it your default design or just for the one color. Like say you have white, black, ath. heather, and dark gray heather and you have a white text-only design. You could create a duplicate design in black, and then for the white and ath. heather shirts, you use the black designs and for the black and d. gray heather, you use the white designs. It's very easy. Hope this helps!
Mandy, I love your videos! I always pick up little tips to help things go more efficiently. Is there any advantage of saving the mockups as a png instead of a jpg? Thanks!
This is so great! However, when I got to the point of doing the video part, Canva has changed. I had to revert back to the old version to find the record button and it opens up a popup screen which plays the video. However, it was set to 1:15 time slot and wouldn't let me change it but it still looks great. While on that popup, that is where you have to download separately. Very strange. Any advice?
The recent Canva update is so annoying 🙃 Look for a little up arrow at the bottom of your design window. Click that, it’ll show your slides, then look for the Duration button in the same area. Click that and your timer will appear back at the top and work just like normal 😊
Another great video. I do have a question - in your mock-up file in Canva, you were able to turn it into a video by clicking the top where it shows the time for each image to display. I don’t see that option. I only see it if I select a new video project. I’m using pro. What am I missing? Never mind. You answered. 😊 Keep up the great work, Mandy. You rock.
Yeah Canva made a change recently and so it sometimes does weird things with the timer now. To make the timer area show up, click on the up arrow at the bottom of the page so that you see thumbnails of all your pages, then click on Duration. That will make the timer button reappear at the top 😊
Hi Mandy! Thanks so much for this video series. I know you now use Kittl a lot for designing. Do you have a process for doing your mockups like this in Kittl, or do you still do it all in Canva? I use Kittl and am really struggling with the organization for this step. Thanks in advance!
Hi Mandy, I just wanted to say that by far you are the best! You're so helpful! You don't leave anything out! I really appreciate how you take your time to explain everything! Quick question, How come I cant click on your link for the website to join the community?
Hi Mandy, thanks so much for sharing your knowledge, you are so generous. I have a question, please if you can tell me, how I can optimize my templates on Canva, as you mention at 7.31 min. for Etsy. I'm a beginner entrepreneur , learning a lot from you. Appreciate your time.
Thank you for a great video Mandy! I will be implementing the 1 sec each in my video, didn't know it was that easy to create! I also didn't know how you can display each photo in a grid format where you can see it on one screen. Very helpful! By the way, I know what you're talking about regarding the lean six sigma, I'm a certified lean six sigma green belt! I'm all about the saving time thing, even if it's a few minutes, it will add up overtime for sure!😃
Look for the tiny up arrow at the bottom of your view/page. Then click on Duration, and that will make the time appear back at the top. Not sure why Canva decided to hide it, but that brings it back 😅
Hi Mandy, I love this series of yours, you're the best POD expert on UA-cam and I'm learning so much from you. What sellers on Etsy do you recommend for Mockups?
Thank you! So glad to be able to help! 💜💜 My favorite by far is Mocksbylittlefeather. Some other good ones are DecisionMakerMockups, LennonSmithMocks, MoneyMakerMockups, and moonlitmockups
@@studiomdesignsco Thank you so much Mandy, I really appreciate it. You're right about Place It, they're not so good for clothing. I wish you continued success in your businesses, you're so lovey and you really deserve it. ❤❤
Loving your content, thank you for all you do for up and coming Etsy sellers in the POD marketplace. My only question concerning your method here(which I think is absolutely essential) is why did you save/download your finished mock-ups as a PNG rather than a JPG?
Hey. Great video as always. I started a while ago but I used place it for apparels, so I hear other people and now you saying they don't work well. You recommend changing all the mock-ups with new ones?
Hello! Your videos have been super helpful! I am confused as to why I need to have a separate mock up file for each mock up. I’ve heard it’s not necessary to keep your mock ups. I just have my master file and put the design on the mock ups I want to use and then download each photo and then just delete the previous graphic next time. If I had a mock up file saved on canva for each design I’d have so much saved in canva that I don’t really need. Is there a reason you do this? TIA!
I thought the same thing--I have a master template file for each brand / model of shirt, but then when I download, I just select out the ones I want instead of download all. One thing that will save you time is to leave your designs on your mockups and then when you do a new set of mockups, drag and drop the new design into the old one. That way it'll keep the same size, rotation, and transparency and you don't have to redo that.
Hi Mandy! Thank you for the video but I was a bit confused. When I replaced the graphic in the saved files, it does not set like the previous design I did have to fuss with it each time. Also I could not tell when to save as a PNG and when in the process to save as a MP4
hi Mandy i'm new new and have enjoyed watching your tips and tricks. do you know how to make the design go along with folds of the apparel so it looks more natural rather than just pasted right on?? thanks
if you're creating your own new mock ups how do you suggest I get the shirt color right for the colors that printify uses? I don't see how to get the exact right color in my mock. I use midjourney and photoshop
Thanks so much for the tips. I have a master mockup file set up, but it never occurred to me to copy and then delete the ones I'm not using. I just select out the ones I want instead of download all. So--question about video mockups. Have you tried using the flatlay video mockups? I think they look nice, but it occurred to me that one advantage of your method (just using your mockups) is that it will quickly show people you have multiple colorways without them having to click in OR putting some sort of text on there that says it comes in 8 colors or whatever. What are your thoughts on the video thing?
Great video, but as I am making other product than shirts, it does not work so fast, do you have any other method or program to bulk list and bulk mockup?
Hi Mandy, I absolutely love your content its very informative. I'm very new to selling POD on Etsy and was wondering if you could do a video on how to link a mockup photo to the actual color option in the variations drop down?
For sure! It’ll be part of this series when I get to the listing process 🤓 The short answer is that it’s under the variations section in Etsy where you can link photos (after you upload them to the listing)😊
Your work process is so efficient. I've recently started following you. Great idea about the listing video. One question: why are you saving the downloads as PNGs and JPGs for Etsy?
Hey Mandy, are 2000 x 2000 px listing photos alright? I saw that Etsy is going for square thumbnails so I wasn’t sure if I should just do that for all my photos or just the thumbnail. Thoughts/Advice?
Yep, I would make all of them square like that 😊 Of course Etsy made the announcement about the new square photos like the day after I posted this video! 😂🙈
@@studiomdesignsco Figures. 🙄 😆 I actually resized all my mockup photos, BUT! I think I'm going back to the original size. I like the context of the full horizontal images, and as long as you center your model, it should be fine when Etsy crops it. And you should be centering the model anyway so the design is front and center and what the eye lands on first.
Yes! After experimenting and trying both for awhile now I like the original 4:3 horizontal too. Just keep all the important details away from the edges and you’ll be good 🤓
Hi Mandy! I draw my designs, and I'm trying to plan out the order to make them. I don't know if I should even bother with Thanksgiving designs or just prioritize Christmas. Do autumn/Thanksgiving designs sell well?
Thanks for the very detailed video! Question - do you ever worry about the mock-ups not looking exactly like the actual shirt? For example - if the placement of the words aren’t exact, or if the non-white color on the mock-up looks a little different than the actual product. Thanks!
Hello Mandy:) Writhing you all the way from norway:) I am wondering would you use the same size for ebay listning as Etsy ? What size is best 2700 2025 or 2000 2000? I look around the internet but did not find any good answer.
Hello great info as always..Do we make up our own care instructions or additional information posts in canva? Ive seen those on some listings along with general information, policies etc.., but wasn't sure on how to go about making them.. If you could do a video or guidance on this I would appreciate...thank u!
I just use the information that Printify provides for the item. Then I make a simple text design in Canva with the wording and anything else I want to include. I don’t go overboard with it, because half the time customers don’t read it anyway (but at least I can say it’s provided) 🤓
I’m finding that both rectangle and square work as long as you don’t zoom in too close on the design. It seems like Etsy is still working things out with the change because the listing thumbnail will still crop weird in some of the different views. If you’re going to do square I recommend 2200x2200 😊
from your experience with canva ,please ansewr me, if canva copyrights state that i can not claim copyright to my designs, if i am writing sth like knitting patterns, can i have the copyright to the written pattern but not the design itself, or neither of them and thank you for your videos
Hi Mandy! loving your videos! You mentioned that it's best for us to provide 6-7 colors, would like to know which are the best selling colors for you so far.. Hope you don't mind.. 😊
For sweatshirts, white and sand are my most common ones for lighter colors, black and forest green are my top darker colors 😊 Then I usually also include sport grey as long as it works for the design, as that one does well too 🤓
What page did you use to create your template before you saved it? When I tried, my photos didn't fill the white space and I couldn't create new pages.
Hi Mandy, brilliant video. Could I please ask why you download the images as png rather than jpg? I'm assuming that the image sizing in Etsy isn't so important as it would be for your own website. I'm using WooCommerce and I need to try and keep images from getting too bulky. Would it work the same way if I saved the batch (excluding the MP4 obviously) as jpg? I'm just wondering why png is your preference here. Cheers.
Png is a force of habit on my end, but Jpg for mockups is definitely fine for Etsy since they’re smaller files (and batches work the exact same way). For the same reason I do recommend jpgs for websites so that you don’t run into page loading issues 😊
@@studiomdesignsco Thanks so much. I am still not that familiar with the difference between the different file types, so wanted to make sure that there wasn't something I was missing. I know you need png for transparency, but that's not an issue for mockups. Fantastic channel. Keep up the great content! 🙂

So many helpful tips! A few more things I do for productivity:

This is like my same process again! I would recommend saving as jpg instead of png. Sometimes png is too bug
Yes, that was my thought too as I'm running a WooCommerce not an Etsy store.
Thank you! ❤❤❤
There is no need to drag, if you just click on the photo it will do the same thing and quicker too
@christinebossa7269 Typically clicking just places it on the design area as-is.
Wow... I watched so many you tube videos for my new etsy shop but you really nailed it. Thanks so much for sharing all your knowledge! Xx
Very detailed and efficient! Loving the series. Keep up the good work Mandy!
I’m so glad you like it, I love being able to share behind the scenes value! 💜💜
Another amazing video with great tips! Mockups is the part that’s most annoying for me - this process will help a lot! Thank you Mandy 💜💜
Wow! This information is invaluable! Much appreciation for this! ❤❤❤
OMG! thank you so much. I've been stuck on how to effectively upload in bulk for Q4, this so much help from you. I would love a how to see a video on how to just organized files and Mock-up on Canva. Thank you for all you do🙏
The drag and switch tip in Canva is SO HELPFUL! I can't thank you enough for this info!
Yay! So happy to help!! 💜💜
Ha ha.
@NZTiberius2023 It replaces it completely 😊
Love your video series and how efficient you've made the process! I'm a Lean person, too, so was trying to establish a solid process, especially since I have just pockets of time here and there. This will definitely help me! Thank you!
You're so welcome - it's all about streamlining to make the most of our time!! 💜
Fantastic, Mandy! The rythem and the flow was smooth. Thank you so much!
So much great info!
Hi Mandy; how many mock ups do you have totally?
Everything is engineered, organized to perfection! You’re describing in detail like no one else.
Mandy, your content is amazing and so very helpful! Even though I've had my shop for a few years now, I continue to learn so much from your videos.
This is GOLD! I kept pausing the video to take notes. SO good!🎉
Yay! I’m so glad it’s helpful for you 😊💜
I do things almost the same as you do but 2 things you do much better. THANK YOU!
wow ! Amazing Mandy. I will have to watch both design and mockup video and do it along with you. Thank you.. I think you are the best!
Brilliant. Anything that manages time is ❤. I’m watching this as I design 😊
@@studiomdesignsco thanks so much. I just want to streamline as much as possible so wanted to get your advice :)
Thank you so much! I would love to know how you keep organized all your files, images, designs, mockups... etc! Please!!!
This process is genius. This is just what I’ve been looking for. Thank you soooo much!
Yep. I did it. Thank you for showing me how to get to Version History.
I'm loving your videos! I love how you go through the complete process, beginning to end. Thank you so much! 😊
My type A is loving your organization! I like to use Magic Erase to get rid of the hair or erase a little bit of the design.
Mandy, thank you for the captions! 💛Perfect routines, I'm trying to smash q4!
I love that hair color on you. It looks fabulous.
Incredible! I was just looking for a way to do exactly this! Thank you for figuring it all out and sharing it with us, Mandy! Priceless information!
I'm loving this series. Thanks so much.
I’m totally going to start doing this to streamline my process. Thanks Mandy ❤ would love to see a preparing for Q4 video from you!
Mandy, legend! Thankyou for sharing your skills ❤
Favorite reaction ever 😅
Thank you for being here - I’m so glad it’s been helpful for you!! 💜
Thank you so much Mandy. You are the best. 💫
This is an awesome time saver OMG thank you so much.
You definitely earned a new subscriber
Hi Mandy, did you include the size chart and care instructions in your videos too?
I couldn’t see how you unzipped the file while still on Canva! Well done video! Thank you!
Such a great tutorial….as usual. Thanks Mandy!❤🎉
💜💜
Keep up the great work, Mandy.
Hi Mandy,
I just wanted to say that by far you are the best!
Love your videos! Thank you!!!
I’m so glad this was helpful for you! Double cheers for time savings!! 🤓🤩💜
Does anyone know where Canva moved the little timer to?! I can’t find it where Mandy is showing it (to adjust to 1 second). 😢 I’ve looked everywhere!
Look for the tiny up arrow at the bottom of your view/page. Then click on Duration, and that will make the time appear back at the top. Not sure why Canva decided to hide it, but that brings it back 😅
@@studiomdesignsco THANK you SO much! 🥰
Excellent share!👍🏿💯
Hey. Great video as always. I started a while ago but I used place it for apparels, so I hear other people and now you saying they don't work well. You recommend changing all the mock-ups with new ones?
Amazing content Mandy❤
The mockups are really nice
Hi Mandy! Thank you for the video but I was a bit confused. When I replaced the graphic in the saved files, it does not set like the previous design I did have to fuss with it each time. Also I could not tell when to save as a PNG and when in the process to save as a MP4
hi Mandy i'm new new and have enjoyed watching your tips and tricks. do you know how to make the design go along with folds of the apparel so it looks more natural rather than just pasted right on?? thanks
This is so amazing !!!! Thank you !
if you're creating your own new mock ups how do you suggest I get the shirt color right for the colors that printify uses?
Just keep all the important details away from the edges and you’ll be good 🤓
@@studiomdesignsco Did you see my video question up above? I know you're probably swamped, but comments can get lost so I wanted to ask. Thank you!
Hi Mandy! I draw my designs, and I'm trying to plan out the order to make them. I don't know if I should even bother with Thanksgiving designs or just prioritize Christmas. Do autumn/Thanksgiving designs sell well?
This video was so helpful! Thank you!
Mandy do you think you will do any tutorials on how to do this with out POD,I am just not interested in it .I love your tutorials.
Didn't Etsy change the listing photo's formate to square recently? If so, what size should we set in Canva for this?
Wondering the same thing. Did you figure anything out?
I’m finding that both rectangle and square work as long as you don’t zoom in too close on the design. It seems like Etsy is still working things out with the change because the listing thumbnail will still crop weird in some of the different views. If you’re going to do square I recommend 2200x2200 😊
Thank you. Love following your channel I learn a lot from you. 😊
from your experience with canva ,please ansewr me, if canva copyrights state that i can not claim copyright to my designs, if i am writing sth like knitting patterns, can i have the copyright to the written pattern but not the design itself, or neither of them
and thank you for your videos
Thank you for this it really helps ❤
Hi Mandy! loving your videos! You mentioned that it's best for us to provide 6-7 colors, would like to know which are the best selling colors for you so far.. Hope you don't mind.. 😊
For sweatshirts, white and sand are my most common ones for lighter colors, black and forest green are my top darker colors 😊 Then I usually also include sport grey as long as it works for the design, as that one does well too 🤓
Thank you for replying.. 👌
Does Canva use the same size and transparency % automatically when you
Dropped the color Dobbie mama on the white Dobbie mama?
Off topic but to do you happen to remember the name of that Font you used on that design? So cute 😍 Super helpful video, so glad I found your channel!
The first design font*
I love you Mandy, I hope your husband does not see this comment. Your video is so great and very detailed.
