My name is Amy Tang and I'm a third-generation coffee roaster and the founder of Sir Owlverick's. I've been around coffee roasting my entire life. My grandpa was researching and learning eastern medicines and he was traveling to Vietnam to find herbs. and he found coffee and he fell in love with coffee, so he started roasting. My father started roasting when he was 17. So when our family moved to the United States, my dad brought his skills with him and started his own coffee roasting shop here in Anaheim, CA. My grandfather and my father always told me that if you want to do something
give it 100% otherwise don't do it at all. We don't take shortcuts. From every single cup that you drink, the taste to the design, everything we put a lot of time and thought into the process. Go get 'em!
