One thing that'll really boost your efficiency at this spot is making a full elite rotation where you only kill packs of mobs that don't have an elite if you need to fill time in between respawns. Then with a weapon you want to use all 3 rotations and just bee line to the elite packs and maximize your seed drops.

Thx for the guide. I just got back and am spending all my time at red orcs till I'm out of olvia servers then I'll start my bloody grind for the ring cups. It's crazy how much dmg you're taking. I'm awk sage 380 dp as well and I was mostly full hp during my test hr there.

sage succ is a good class for grind ?
There is some funky stuff going on at monastery. I went there undergeared with sorc (280/340), shit crystals+no lightstones and farmed for 30min without taking any damage.....then suddenly everything chunked me for 20% hp and last 5min I had to V out of there.....got 1 weapon, rest was a pain, each pack multiple combos :)
