So how was your September? LOL :D
Exhausting, but I don't want to be a crybaby. Suffice to say that working in intensive care these days is bringing my personal levels of mental and physical exhaustion to an all time high.
It was hot and dusty like usual. Lol
I caught the covid19 around the 13th. It was 3 days of fatigue followed by a week of cold-like symptoms. The good news is I finally got off my ass and got the first dose of the vaccine.
I graduated college, found a job, now I am just waiting for the "third" thing to happen, whatever it is!
Not quite as busy or intense as yours. Glad there were good things happening for you among all that ✌.
September was rubbish, but now it's October and things are grand. Samhain is comin 👍😁

We had a fairly great September till my little girl got sick towards the end of the month but she is now getting better day by day 🙂. She did miss a few days of school but she is so smart and has been able to catch up fairly easily.
People normally have soup at the beginning, rather than the end, but...
I like Stirling, so I'll look forward to seeing whatever you might film there.

My September was good just same old days I’m excited for Halloween 🎃 👻
Soup for days. Soup today, and tomorrow, and all year. You're a gem. I was imagining the last time I had a tooth extracted and how awesome a horror story it would be if I wrote it in replete detail; the sounds -- the squeak of latex against dry plastic resonating in my skull as the roots were pulled out singly; the feeling of my jaw being pushed too far to the side; constant pressure that should worry me but that I don't feel; the sight of the heft of the handle of a stainless steel pry-bar with a very narrow end and strange, vaguely feminine-looking pliers that were just that - pliers.
Every September is hard for me. I don't know why. Could be the sun moving southward. I wonder if we Americans get less aggregate sunshine because we don't have near-perpetual daylight half the time. This just occurred to me the other day.
When you do vids like this you ought to change your moniker from Mosco to Machine Gun LOL

As someone who had long term tooth issues (for many reasons I won't go into here) I understand what you're talking about with the pain item, I had to have ALL of my teeth taken out and now use a set of dentures, the paiun relief was enough that I finally realized how much pain I had been dealing with. Sorry you had to deal with that from the one practice though, that's sounds like the reception people are also running the socials for them, hence why they try and use every scare tactic at their disposal to shut people down when they give bad reviews.

I had a tooth removed because the root got infected!I can not put words on how much pain a small root can inflict!couldnt sleep since the nerve system got inflamed, the best 138 pounds I ever spent the last decade!

Thanks for sharing your crazy week(s). My daughter and I were sick and then my son got sick and then my husband and it was two different illnesses. Then work got complicated and my kids are just arguing about everything. Then I had an invasion of ants. It has been a rough couple weeks. So it’s good to know I am not alone in my rough times. My kids have been banished to their rooms for a few hours and I got an ant trap. So I think I will be able to handle work tomorrow. Hope things are looking up for you.

Soup. Glad you got your tooth taken care of. Had my wisdom teeth out (all four at once) just before I graduated high school in 1977. Your MOT sounds like it’s the same as an inspection here. In New Jersey where I live, if your car is relatively new, they check your emissions by plugging into the diagnostic port. They check the brakes and a couple of other minor things, but that’s it. They have state inspection stations that do it for free. You can also have a private garage do it for a fee. Glad your mom figured out what was wrong with your car. GM (who makes Vauxhall) is good for wonky design and engineering choices. You look great, by the way. Your hair is gorgeous. 😎
Ha Ha the receptionist is probably a relative of the owner of the practice. Glad your latest experience was better and that you’re ok. I’m an old guy (58) and still have my wisdom teeth but not much wisdom 😂🤣. I’m going to be in Edinburgh this Wednesday for a few days and looking forward to it. Not my first time but looking forward to it. Maybe I can get some tasty Scottish SOUP 🥣 while I’m there!

Well, it is certainly hitting soup season here in New England, but I had some nice Scottish Mince and Skirlie at a local pub (Owner from Scotland) and it was as good.

Auto forums are the best. Half the shops I bring my car to just swap parts out and hope for the best. Home mechanics work on junk yard cars and they can fix anything.

I know about the strictness of MOT from watching UK auto shows. Theoretically, it's a good idea, but I'm also glad we don't have it here in Georgia (US)...possibly there are some smog checks in metro Atlanta like we had in California where I grew up.

In most states we do not have to pass an inspection. Our cars could be falling apart and we could still drive them.
Yep it really depends on where you live. Grew up in Indiana never had to do it, moved to Porter County two from Chicago and the Illinois state line and found out the hard way about them. I live in the Chicago burbs now where it's a given.
My September was OK. Bit of a quietish month at work but also trying to find a location to relocate my business as it was another month of a loss. Other than that, I had been productive with sorting out plans for MCM Comicon for London! 😊 😁 Hope things get better for you soon! 🤗

SOUP!!! I remember well having an emergency wisdom tooth removal 31 years ago...it sucked. The next 3 were not as bad as they knocked me out for those.

First day of October I was bitten by a brown recluse spider, so in comparison September was great! I'm mostly recovered now, but maybe a nice bowl of soup will help get me back to normal.

Soup. Now you’ve got me seriously curious as to what exactly you do for a living and what kind of project would be so large in scope with required NDAs. Hmm. As I live in Ohio in the US, I have even less of a clue than your European viewers. As for the dentist stories, I feel you. I have horrible anxiety around dental work and dentists after having multiple horrific experiences that seriously traumatized me. There is a serious lack of empathy in that field, as well as mental health awareness (especially surrounding anxiety). It’s a shame that dentists and dental staff aren’t educated on how to better serve their clients in this way. Thank you for the content, and know I’m sending love from my neck of the holler! 💜

Lucky you, removing my wisdom tooth took 2,5 hours by a surgeon as the dentist could not get it out. Took a week to get rid of the pain.

I plan on making onion and lentil SOUP for dinner. I'd invite you over, but I don't think the flight would get here in time.
That said, wisdom teeth can be awful. I had to have mine literally chiseled out, which meant a trip to the oral surgeon and a general anesthetic. I will say he was awesome though. I had to endure dry socket (which is a raw nerve in the socket and sucks as bad as it sounds. It's not the surgeon's fault, and he was very understanding and helpful to keep me comfortable until it healed over. He said "Call me if you're in any pain," so a couple days later I did. He saw me less than an hour later and said "This is the only miracle I do," before he packed the socket full of some wonderful stuff that took away _all_ the pain. I had to have it replaced once before it stopped hurting completely a week later.
