That sucks about the disc rot dude. Call of duty 2 is still my favourite entry into the series. It's the only one that I've played through multiple times. Cannon fodder total classic. Had that on the Amiga back in the day. Love the army of two trilogy. Especially 40th day and devils cartel. Great pickups overall.

CeX sometimes do not get it right but it’s not that much hassle to return in. They would not have knowingly taken it in, just a staff error in not checking the disc properly.
It isn't that big a deal but it is frustrating where it's the one time I didn't check and of course I get poor condition items 😂 There should definitely be better quality control measures in place or staff training so these mistakes are minimised. Thanks for watching 😀

It's not actually disc rot but water damage. Put these games through a disc resurfacing machine and they will buff right out.
