I love your honesty. It rocks because that is the one thing that no one can take from you is your integrety. To lie to another would be lying to yourself. Not a cool habit to get into.

I have read on many of the Bariatric boards that the "big/little pouch" phenomenon is a result of protein intake; carbs pass easily, and therefore make the pouch feel empty whereas proteins, especially dense proteins like eggs and meats, are harder to digest and keep the pouch full longer.

I am really impressed with your integrity. I know you are not looking for sympathy for the snacking, nor praise for the admission, but I gotta tell you, I don't that I could be quite so brave. I typically crawl off and disappear when I've done something that I'm not so proud of. Which is why I'm here, I guess. In any case, thank you for this inspiration of integrity, honesty and courage. I am very grateful for your videos.

well I have a chance to do better, and being conscience of it is a good way to combat the behaviours I want to watch out for.

I totally didn't want to do this video and I kinda knew that is why I should do it. Anything that causes guilt or shame needs a place to go...

NOBODY is immune to emotional eating. It doesn't matter if you have had GB, LB, or just losing though diet/exercise. We ALL have to deal with a lot of the same issues. Emotional eating issues don't give a hoot how you're are losing weight. They watch and wait. They get you eventually. If you don't deal with the roots, the weeds will grow back. It isn't hopeless. However, there is no cure all and there are still things on which to focus if you want your entire dream to come to fruition.

I'm glad that you made this. I think that it's helpful for people to know that you're not perfect and super-human! (Even though you USUALLY ARE! lol)
