Visited this store all the way from Mumbai to Madurai by looking at the ratings & the videos posted on UA-cam. But seems all must be fake/paid as the owner & the person working there are not at all friendly. Customer value is based on the value of the purchase amount. We visited this place a few months back & selected the items based on our requirements & quality. Asked them to courier it to our home as we have weight limitations to carry in flight. When received the parcel & found that the items have been changed with lower quality items which had dents, cracks & impurities. First of all, they never pick phone after they send the courier & After many WhatsApp messages they finally agreed to replace the bad quality items. The second time also they again couriered items with the same issues and this time totally different products altogether. Not satisfied with the approach of this store. Waste of money & time
