- Life changes, it tugs and pulls and stretches us to our limits. As time progresses, the universe seems to throw more at us, some times more than we can handle.
Barry Allen suffered tragedy at an early age and despite it he has maintained the ability to see the light in life. But sometimes the weight of our past, the grief and the tribulations, can overwhelm even the brightest of lights.
Set to the acoustic version of "Waves" by Dean Lewis. This song is very personal to me, suffering from depression from most of my life that to me always feels like waves. I wanted to explore that idea with Barry. Thank you for watching. I hope you enjoy!
Barry and Iris is one of those couple that you can just look at them and see the love pouring off of them . It is the way they look at each other the way the touch and the way the speak or not speak that says everything you need to no about this couple.

Season 3 was heartbreaking. It definitely wasn't fun, but it was NEEDED
I totally agree. I thought it fit perfectly into the story they've been telling since season 1 and felt necessary for the characters to develop further.
It was definitely needed. Going into the speed force will serve as a reset for Barry. We will get to see a lighter Barry, one who has come to terms with all the tragedy and darkness he has faced. It will be interesting to see how this wiser, more confident Barry will translate in the season 4 story line.

Beautiful and very sad. It's a reminder as to why we identify with Barry Allen so much. Behind the brightest lights hides the biggest pain. This is Barry Allen. Great edit...as always.

Yes...a lighter, happy Barry is what Iris and Joe dreamed for Barry. Let's get that and more...#WestAllen passionate love scenes at home especially. We saw Iris straddle Eddie in bed...we saw Barry pin Patty against the wall at CCPD while kissing and we saw Barry and Linda shirtless on the coach while kissing. Where is stuff like that for #WestAllen...they are soulmates and Iris is the love of Barry's life...Iris said she has always been Iris West-Allen and has always been Barry's. So come on writers... bring it in S4!
laydydee somehow I prefer that their portrayal, or what we have witnessed at least hasn't been any of those things. I'm content to know it is going on, but I don't actually want to see it. They are too pure! It should be kept out of our view! Lol
3ama4life Hehe...I get what you are saying. I don't want it to be raunchy but a little more than what we have seen would be nice. They each had more with their temporary significant others... Oh well, the writers decide...I just have to live with what they give...lol!
laydydee I'm guessing with the "fill in" lovers, they needed the physicality to sell the relationship to the viewers. Maybe if we didn't see them in those scenarios, it won't be believable that they liked those people or were in relationships with those people. With Barry and Iris, you don't need to sell it; it is as clear as the sun is blinding!
3ama4life Yea...you make a good point. Coming to think of it, with the temps it was more lust than true love. Barry let Patty go...and Linda knew when to cut her losses. I noticed at Christmas when Joe lit the tree up even though Iris was with Eddie she was breaking her neck to look back at Barry...lol.
Can you do Barry and Iris with the song Bare (see Mike and Rachel from Suits) Also do them to the song Pieces. This is one of my favorite videos.
