13:12 true Misse was looking for wake up EX Spinning bird, but Infiltration was looking for dash up command grab. Both had reasons to jump, neither expected the jump from the other, Misse was quicker on the draw, but that axe kick he used meant for Infiltration to be grounded came out to slow compared to the Heavy kick. Nicely done. Game, Set and Match.

yeah misse is an amazing player who plays an average character that has some tough matchups. He makes makoto look top tier with reactions and skill kind of like nemo with rolento. No other makoto or rolento does what these guys do

You can see the nerves working against Infiltration. Makoto didn't care about the Decapre pick as she was getting in and doing her one punch thing. Chun Li was not a better pick as Makoto will still do the same thing. How ironic One Punch Girl took out Saitama.
