      Yes, but I did not recognise any names among the most famous British classical composers. So, I guess that says it all.

    Nonsense from Rattle. British classical music will survive without millions of tax payers and licence fee payers money. Money from Arts council is now going to smaller more worthy amateur organizations. Of course the Sir is unhappy because UK voted to leave the EU, thats why he's clearing off to Munich . well he is really German now anyway.
