(Japanese carriers are all about the torps) If you want planes that drop multiple bombs and have good fighters, then British carriers. if you want good dive bombers that have high chances of fires, then American carriers, and If you want weak dive bombers and weak torpedo bombers, but lots of them, then Soviet carriers. And finally If you want armor piercing bombs on your bombers, german carriers. Your choice.
