I've been scuba diving about 35 years and you wouldn't believe the things on the bottom of lakes. I find a lot of boat motors believe it or not. I keep the ones I can't find the owners for. Great video and well done !
Inlet for the lake? or the Dam. Lake comes in way up in the upper basin, Dam inlet is a little further down stream. They have a fence up that we can't go past.
Wow.... Serious tech dive. Very cool. Deepest I ever got to go was 115'. Maybe try again someday! How much do you guys get for a recert course? Add; what is the structure you are checking out? Was that part of the dam construction infrastructure?
A scuba Skills Update is $175 for digital material, Refresher classroom, and a couple hours in a pool. That was the shoot the used to move concrete from the train down the hill to build the dam... From what I know of it lol
surface was around 71 but dropped to 51 at depth. Those thermoclines will kick your butt if you are not ready for it. I'm a Heat Ventures Dealer and use one of their heated vests.... Amazing.....

If you find yourself in vegas hit me up and we’ll go diving in lake mead.
I just keep expecting a leviathans jaws to close in around you both and it to go dark.
I've always heard about the giant Carp that live down there. Haven't found one yet.
You just know there so many bodies down there
Did find a barrel at wreck ally last month but pretty sure it was just used as a mooring awhile ago.
Nah... Its a lot easier and faster just to dump them down an old mineshaft. Nobody will ever go looking for them there. Um.... So I have heard....
@@GoingGoneGalt haha that is the rumor.
Did you see any catfish the size of a Volkswagen, like the ones at every other lake in the country?
always heard about them but haven't seen one yet.
I was gonna ask how deep that was and just read 300 ft. Meet up with any Plesiosaurs? Where is the inlet to the water source?

Is that the city that was flooded for lake mead?
No just part of the structor they used to build the Dam.
ua-cam.com/video/nC8Xcc3X0vA/v-deo.html that's a video that shows where they separated the aggregate to mix the concrete.
What was that shoot from a gold mine?
They used it when they were mixing the concrete to build Hoover Dam.
@@lasvegasscubaacademy6448 oh that was a Kool find
How deep was it?
Is that a weave at 4:48? 😂😂😂
