Dear Tiandra! Great narration: very detailed and indepthful description of the Woodstock Fruit Festival - now I realize what kind of event it is! Thank you very much! Sprouted coconut - I am not sure I ever tried it… Yes, often I do feel needing salt in my food, especially with the boiled potatoes, buckwheat porridge. Though, there was a time, about two years, I was totally abstemious to sodium chloride… Then I reconsidered my attitude… Probably, sometime in the future I’ll stop consuming salt again, then, possibly, would resume eating it. How do they lift those full bags and/or containers up, to empty it into the dumpster/rubbish bin?
Looks and sounds like you had fun. I heard there's a product in the US called Benson's table tasties, it's a salt replacement that doesn't contain sodium, no idea if it qualifies as raw vegan though...

I went this year 2 for the first time . I saw my big head in some of the shots. Yes for sure when I go back Salt for sure would have made the dressing a little better and also to put on the corn ,,, Also have to figure out coffee :)
Do the ispossible, drink coffee...after the 7 fun raw days, including the raw Cacao.

Tiandra: by the way, were there any porcini themed dishes present at the Woodstock Fruit Festival? Though, mushrooms are not exactly fruits, but still - they are quite vegan! …And …and I must be admitting a certain fiasco in my vegan mycological exploits… Yesterday, my mother and I went mushroom hunting and… and… we didn’t / couldn’t find a single boletus… Actually, the one - there was, but it looked too suspicious. Probably, the sponged caps do have a respite currently, or, possibly, it is the end of the 2018’s mushrooms season. I can be certain on that only within next ten days. Did you go fungus harvesting while being at the WFF? The Big Apple nature around seemed to be quite predisposing for such adventures! With lots of Vegan Love from Tula, Petr

Dear Tiandra: How are You? I hope, that everything is going on well in Your creative endeavors and private life. …Amazing how correct and precise Jewish calendar is functioning in Mother - Russia! Today is the Eve of Sukkoth and in the evening the Festival of Sukkoth itself. And, guess what: it started raining and the heat and hot weather is gone… Actually, it is quite chilly at the moment in Tula… Tiandra: probably, You still remember about the notion - idea of doing the vegan test of Saint Petersburg. I am not sure whether You are still contemplating (if at all) this conceptual point of action or not. But, if everything goes according to the travel plan of mine, then the first week of this October I’ll be sightseeing The City of Peter The Great. And… and.. there are several performing arts events scheduled into my itinerary, most of them are in Russian language. But on October 6th, 2018 I am to attend the performance of the Stradivari orchestra of Mariinskij Theater. It’ll be taking place at the Mariinskij Theater Concert Hall… Stradivari orchestra performs classical music on the masterpieces created by the Great Masters of the Cremona school, Their Names are well known to You: (in alphabetic order) Amati, Guarneri, Stradivari, most likely, of some other Grand Masters as well… Alas, I am a Zero music - sound - acoustic specialist, though, somewhat of a miniscule armature connoisseur. This concert must be very interesting! My seat is # 8, row # 2. The concert hall is located at the Pisareva street - 20. About 100 meters from the Marrinskij Theater Ballet and Opera ancient historic building. As far as I realize, the seats next to mine were booked already, but still there were other vacant seats available. Tiandra: if You decide to attend, then we can be chatting tet-a-tet / nez-a-nez during the intermission and after the performance, if You would not mind, I would like to invite You to the nearby (located in the vicinity) Chinese restaurant, or to the Indian restaurant (which is 50 more meters of walking). In those eateries, with the quite nicely and elegantly cutely designed interior, according to my menu research, there are quite many vegan delectable options… Surely, there will be something nice and gourmet to feast over. To make the vegan quest! Tiandra: what do You think about getting together at Mariinskij Theater? They say October this year must be very mild and, besides, even if it rains, there are plenty of things to do in Saint Petersburg! Most likely, Peter The First The Great was not totally vegetarian… In of the menus I saw “Petrovskije pan cakes” entry, it was specified, that those pan cakes were staffed not only with mushrooms, but with bacon as well. Though, possibly, these are the abstractionist deviating obstructions from the original recipe, they do it all the time nowadays. Bolting from the path of autochthonous culinary, so to say… Dear Tiandra: it would be so great to meet You in Saint Petersburg! Happy Sukkoths 5779!!!
