In 2019 NEMA launched the Executive Director Community of Practice (EDCoP) for first-time museum directors to share their experiences and learn from experts in the field. In this panel, EDCoP participants will share their struggles and successes, and answer your questions before you step into your first directorship. Topics include working with boards, gender and age biases, balancing work and self-care, along with other issues.
