Large Ice Factory: The traditional role of "worker" has been transformed into "overseer"

The direct cooling block ice machine has the typical characteristics of environmental protection, energy saving, high degree of automation and low production cost. For large ice-making enterprises with limited space, we carry out customized designs based on site conditions,rationally arrange ice machines, cold storages, conveyor belts, ice crushers and other equipment, and optimize processes such as ice block moving, ice crushing and storage.
This video shows an ice factory in a fishing port in China. One year after the machine is delivered, we pay a return visit to the customer. It can be seen at the scene that multiple ice machines are running in parallel, producing simultaneously, and harvesting block ice at staggered peaks. Due to the tight space in the factory and the narrow distance between the ice machines,the utilization rate of the factory space is very high. There are only two workers working on site, responsible for the task of making 150 tons of ice every day.
Customer demand includes both block ice and crushed ice products. When the conveyor belt moves to both sides, the entire block of ice is directly transferred to the cold storage and is stacked by workers. When ice is released, it is shipped directly from the cold storage. When the ice needs to be crushed, the horizontal conveyor belt moves to the middle and transfers the ice blocks to the lifting track, which then automatically puts the ice blocks into the ice crusher. The entire production process is very stable and efficient, and the traditional role of "workers" has been transformed into "supervisors" who stand aside to supervise the work of the machines.
