Good review. Definitely play the solitaire rules, they are programmed well and are unpredictable, although US has an edge. two player, I think this is balanced. I like this more than TS. I also enjoy 1989, although there are flaws esp as I can't win with the Communist, but it's great fun. I appreciate your reviews and you remind me of me--play lots of games, almost entirely solitaire, none particularly well. Plus, you know what "grok" means.

The term you were looking for was "overhand shuffling." The best type of shuffle for these types of things, I find, is the Hindu Shuffle.
