I was on the fence about buying this one but you've made me want to get it now, as always great review Jang, as a 23 year old dude that still collects Lego I gotta say thanks for all your videos, hands down the best on UA-cam.
I added some minor revisions to this set. For the Vulture thrusters, I added fan blades. 4x4 round printed blade tile, fits perfectly, from 76036, carnage shield sky attack. i also fixed Shockers gloves, using Drillex gloves and replacing the drill with a purple stud. now he has proper gloves.
I can't believe we've never had a Spider-Man set without some sort of Shocker until now. The Oven Mitt Man is one of Spidey's classic villains, even if he's not as terrifying as the Green Goblin, or as crafty as Doctor Octopus. I know this is the film version, but I hope with this we'll start seeing sets with Mysterio, or Hydro Man, or some famous foes of the wall-crawler we know and love! Excelsior!

I love how MCU Vulture's wings more resemble a VTOL aircraft. A lot of the tech looks like it does or could exist one day, and since science fiction can help drive a lot of innovation one day it just might.
Vulture had a brown bomber jacket in the movie. Also, Shocker only has a single right handed piece fist in the movie that is electrified. Would've like to have seem some paint or even a sticker to reflect the energy nature of the alien tech fist.
9seoyoonyul I had the exact same thought! They're so integral to his amazing design... and I think they would help with the proportion difference between the minifig and the flight pack. maybe we can add them ourselves :)
Oddly enough, Shocker looks to be the only figure I've seen with the minifig's hand elements around the steering wheel. Those gauntlets are pretty useful, heh.
I feel like Marvel's trying to go the Smallville route with Shocker by just giving him one slightly recognizable feature (the "pineapple" pattern on his shirt) and probably having "the Shocker" be his street nickname or something. I hate that.
Why is this LEGO set over $40? It’s just a truck, the vulture build, and four mini figures. I was about to order it but definitely not if I’m spending $40+ on it. This should definitely be about $20-$35 easily.
Marco DeGregorio I agree when I saw this set revealed I expected it to be $30 at most the set doesn't have anything in it worth $40 and I do wish they put peters homemade suit in the vulture set since we get his stark tech suit in the ATM heist battle set
Brick Boy HD in the movie, when this happened, he had his Stark Tech Suit but he didn't have his suit until after the Cruise ship scene which is not when this happened.

Personally, I am a huge marvel fan in general so I thought I'd comment with a polite correction: JARVIS is now in android form as the Vision. Tony Stark replaced him with the "female" AI named FRIDAY, so if an AI is piloting the iron man armor, it's her. Hope this is helpful! 😊

I love the wheels. It makes it more realistic. I'm actually tired of putting off road tires on everything. Every city set uses those off road tires. Thank you Lego for using regular tires here : )
I bought this box yesterday and im working on it right now. Because i started building it at 9 o clock and almost finished but then i had to go to bed. Gonna work on it when i get home from my haircut.
Not a bad set - i like the build of the van and i personally think the Vulture, both the minifig and the wings, just look spectacular. And the Spiderman is quite amazing (hehe) as well. If i hadn't spent way too much on Lego sets this past few weeks anyway and wouldn't need to save some money now for my upcoming vacation, i'd definitly get that one. I just think the head on Iron Man is weird, i mean, even if it has something to do with what might happen in the movie. If if doesn't, however, and they just wanted to go with a blank face (for whatever reason), they should have included one in the same red as Iron Mans torso, so the neck doesn't stick out (something i hate on helmet-wearing minifigs anyway - Clone soldiers or Stromtroopers, the old Vader, Boba Fett, Batman, Iron Man ... the list goes on). For sets with minifigures like that it should be standard to include at least two heads - one blank that matches the general color of the minifig and one with an actual face.
This is a pretty good set. It stars an amazing minifigure selection, a pretty cool vulture suit, a decent truck (rare from Lego nowadays) and a nice new spider-man.
Nice review. In the movie though shocker has only one gauntlet (I think), and Falcon has talons on his feet. I honestly would have preferred the inclusion of the other henchman rather than the parts spent on the overlarge bits of the van.
Falcon would probably win. Unlike Toomes, Sam is an experienced fighter and knows how to fight on foot. His wings are also much faster. Toomes' only edge is he has better weapons on his wings. In the air it would be an even fight, but on the ground, Sam would demolish him
When I first saw this set before the movie came out I thought iron man was just having the thing where they put a black or clear head on it but then I watched the movie and it's correct
Nice review - as always! (: IMO Vulture is missing two major details: a pair of "controllers" and those "claws" on his boots... Any suggestion for substitutes? (e.g. Starlord's blasters (Guardians of the Galaxy) as those controller-thingys?)
Chris Tatz I'd suggest for the 'talons', just attach a pair of those gray 1x4 studs that have those 'c'-shaped clips attached on the end. Sure, it may not cover the back talons, but I figure they'll do!
Very cool set! Vulture looks very menacing with those wings, can't wait to see this new movie as well, it's gonna be very cool! And I too, think it's very strange that there's no Tony Stark face in the Iron Man figure, WTH? We'll see I guess!
I like the speedchamps wheels on it. Prevents it from being too oversized even if it already is 8-wide. The thing looks more like an old delivery/milk truck to me and doesn't really need hectic off-road tires for me. Maybe i'll try and this build some time but make the lower body 7 instead of 8 wide for the scale to work even better.

I'm guessing it's like in iron man 3 when he is remotely controlling the suit, probably because he has "more important things to do."
Spoiler Alert! In the scene that his set is based off, Tony is controlling the Ironman suit remotely. That is why there is no one inside of it.

In the movie there is no tony in the iron man suit in the beginning
(Maybe)..... change Vultures wings tips with some sharp pieces, like some katana pieces or some spikes instead of using some tiles
