This video was a huge project that has taken me months to complete, so a big thank you to everyone who helped bring this video together! All of the folks involved are credited in the description, so please show their projects, music, bands, art, etc. some support!! Speaking of support, September was a busy month for me! I dropped multiple singles under both my personal ska project JER, as well as the bandI play trombone for (We are the union!) Links to all of the above are listed in the description!!!
I'd like to appreciate how on-point that fashion is, too. Like, damn, being able to go from hip-hop to vaporwave to thrash garage band ain't easy to make look that good.
Man I don't think I can even imagine the amount of work that went into this It's really great stuff and really well executed! My favorite was probably the baroque followed by the anime intro 👌
1:17 my guy got the Bill Wurtz drums Edit: but for real though, this is really awesome as always, man Edit 2: Also this is by far one of your BEST videos, and everyone in it is just awesome 👏 👏👏 nice.
I was like, "Why is this guy out here experimenting with flight". As soon as I realized that it was DCI, I absolutely lost it! That was the last thing I was expecting to see. Thanks for bringing back old memories of literally the only good thing about my time high school.
I'd never dislike something like this that is such a cool idea and obviously had a TON of work put into it. But as a big fan of both Goldfinger and this song, and of Reel Big Fish (who do this with their S.R. song live in concert and have for YEARS) I was immediately interested when I saw the title of this video. Sadly it just didn't work for me. But again, I absolutely applaud the massive amount of work and effort I'm sure went into making it.
This was excellent, especially as the music was only a small part of the entire production. The planning, filming and execution was amazing. Thank you to all involved. You made this so entertaining and the styles were spot on 😁 My favourite musical channel on UA-cam without a doubt! Long live SKA!
Wow, any one of these individually would be a fantastic cover on its own, but putting them altogether is brilliant! Love what you did with the video parts of the music video as well, the DCI and hip-hop bits especially cracked me up!
Vaporwave ver. was love. Had no idea Math Rock was a thing but now i'm going to go down that rabbit hole. Also, I think i'm going to need a Cowboy Bebop AMV with that Bebop ver.
Yes, the baroque version, I'm so glad that's in there! I'd been absolutely sure Pachelbel's Canon was in there the whole time, glad I'm not the only one who noticed!
DCI is what plays when you finish Tony Hawks Underground 1 with all the Chaos Emeralds, unlocking the secret ending where you have to fight Eric Sparrow in space.

Listen to the debut JER single "R/Edgelord" on your favorite platform, ya'll! smarturl.it/jeredgelord
The amount of love that went into this is so blatant. Thank you for bringing this creation into the world.
This is SO GREAT! You and your cast and crew are all incredibly talented! :)
Hyperpop ?
This was amazing. Here are your Golden Slacks of Internet Bossitude.
Since this is 7 minutes long, it's also the prog version of this song
Underrated comment
Modern problems require modern solutions.
I'd like to appreciate how on-point that fashion is, too. Like, damn, being able to go from hip-hop to vaporwave to thrash garage band ain't easy to make look that good.
The attention to detail really sells it.

Baroque: I guess Pachelbel really is everywhere.
Dat canon at 6:04
Rob Paravonian wasn't crazy.
We'll see you in Hell, Pachelbel.
8 lousy, stinkin', notes.
I don't even eat at Taco Bell anymore because it's too close!
Yeah, imma need that full Shoegaze version, please and thank you haha
That's what I'm saying. I think my dude's voice actually fits shoegaze more than ska!!
your comment is why i'm now subscribed- i can't miss that opportunity
@@neurosin Shoegaze Network perhaps?
I need full versions of most of these.
In shoegaze this song looked like a Bloc Party song!
I wasn't expecting the Hyperpop and Laura Les homage but I am elated
This is a fever dream I’m glad I’m having
I would legit listen to a full version of this song in like 90% of the genres featured here. Fantastic work!
I about died during the "Musical" portion, and the "DCI" portion caused flashbacks. Well done
The dci portion made me so nostalgic
Musical was on point!
DCI segment was definitely box 5.
Lol yeah DCI awakened something in me that had not been stirred for many years 😆
I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS 7 MINUTES AND I COULD HAS SAT THROUGH ANOTHER 30 MINUTES
i'maneeduto expand on that shoe gaze and indie version tho
That's what I'm saying. Emotune Network channel plz
Yesss! I didn't even know what shoe gaze was before and now I'm in a rabbit hole.
ADHD gang gang. -_-
This should have at least 1 million views. Looks like you put a lot of work into this one for sure.
Jesus, I just realized when it was uploaded. How did it not get more views??
he puts tons of work into all his content. Dude is phenomenal definitely deserves more attention.
I can't believe I just saw Laura Les cosplay in this multigenre goldfinger cover. We truly do live in a society and that's okay with me!
shoegaze and golden age hip-hop was jumpin. math rock version makes me want to skate off something
They need to do more math rock/midwest emo covers
@@toast4443 oh shit I forgot :(
Hey that rhymes!
I'm so impressed the level of commitment that was required for this bit.
This further solidified that my favorite genres are Ska, shoegaze, and math rock.
The shoegaze and math rock versions were soooooooo good
My mans really about to play canon in d
Edit: yes
Never realized i needed a vocaloid version of superman in my life, but now i want a full version. 🤣
The mAth rock section is no joke bruhghhhhh
YO HE GOT STANDARDS TO PLAY FOR THE MATH ROCK GENRE. LEGENDARY
Man I don't think I can even imagine the amount of work that went into this
It's really great stuff and really well executed!
My favorite was probably the baroque followed by the anime intro 👌
Yes, they were the best
Thanks for teaching us that Superman slaps in every genre
When you were saying “here we go yo” on the golden age hip hop one, Tribe felt that one...
Damn that shoegaze cover, I need to get the whole thing!
jeremy twerking was all i needed to start my day
i came here to see this
1:17 my guy got the Bill Wurtz drums
Edit: but for real though, this is really awesome as always, man
Edit 2: Also this is by far one of your BEST videos, and everyone in it is just awesome 👏 👏👏 nice.
Yes, I noticed a long time ago “Superman” was basically cannon in D.
I didn't know DCI was its own genre. Still I'm glad it was represented. That stuff is fun to watch if you can get tickets to see it in person.
I don’t know if that bearded guy had the needed MegaFonzies to be that funky.
I was like, "Why is this guy out here experimenting with flight". As soon as I realized that it was DCI, I absolutely lost it! That was the last thing I was expecting to see. Thanks for bringing back old memories of literally the only good thing about my time high school.
I keep coming back to this video like 7-8 times a day for the past month just for the Funk part. I could do with a 14 minute long version.
And just to clarify - I love the whole thing. They're all amazing. But that FUNK one has been stuck in my head for weeks.
Here I am, doing everything I can, ignoring all the other bands, listening to Superman. Still awesome.
0:51 - _Tony Hawk's Pro Skater_ is my favourite anime
I'd never dislike something like this that is such a cool idea and obviously had a TON of work put into it. Can we get a full version of the shoegaze cover? it is soooooooo gooooooood
Was I the only one expecting a cover of John William's Superman suite? 😅
Hey! Who you calling old? 👵
I keep coming back to this video and I love it every time. It's just so masterfully done!
The amount of production in this video is amazing.. bravo!
This was excellent, especially as the music was only a small part of the entire production.
The planning, filming and execution was amazing.
Thank you to all involved.
You made this so entertaining and the styles were spot on 😁
My favourite musical channel on UA-cam without a doubt!
Long live SKA!
More work has gone into this video than all of my college essays combined
the most realistic statement made in 2020
That talent on display here is literally unbelievable
The amount of work that went into this :o the perfect outfits and setting and dancing and encapsulation of all the genres. I am in awe
This may actually be the best thing I've ever seen in my life and I'm only halfway through it
I like how you change from Superman to Canon at the end. Never a dull cover.
Hip hop portion was also so good. Genius putting the og fills in
It took me longer than it should have to realize that he wasn’t actually drumming on drums during the shoegaze genre. 💀💀💀
Brilliant. I didn’t even notice, and I’m a drummer. 😂
Wow, any one of these individually would be a fantastic cover on its own, but putting them altogether is brilliant! Love what you did with the video parts of the music video as well, the DCI and hip-hop bits especially cracked me up!
That baroque end. (Chef's kiss)
The thing I like about these videos is that I learn about new Genres and I get curious about listening to more.
I seriously don't understand how you don't have more views. This is such a high quality video.
Also, I was so hype for the shoegaze part, I played it like 20 times before I realized that there was not a drum set you were hitting. Awesomeness
Vaporwave ver. was love.
Had no idea Math Rock was a thing but now i'm going to go down that rabbit hole.
Also, I think i'm going to need a Cowboy Bebop AMV with that Bebop ver.
Seen this? ua-cam.com/video/6mKqdBeUI-U/v-deo.html
that vocaloid anime cover was what really sold me
my best friend made it!
this aggressive and passionate snapping really made the bebop part
nothing gives me more joy than how you sampled the tenor drum intro for the golden age hip-hop bit
that gangsta rap mood noise just hits right no matter where you put it.
The production in this video is insane, this needs more views
This is the best thing I didn't know I needed.
This was incredible, from the front to the back. Golden Age Hip Hop in particular had me rolling
The way the hip hop version sampled the original track was an awesome touch. This channel is amazing!
hatsune miku, the anime intro, the gecs reference im deddddddd you are the GOAT
Yes, the baroque version, I'm so glad that's in there! I'd been absolutely sure Pachelbel's Canon was in there the whole time, glad I'm not the only one who noticed!
honestly i'm pretty blown away 🙌🏻🔥
4:30 took all my strength not to scream “so what’s the scenario”
Huge Zapp vibes on the Funk part. Love it!
You sir are brilliant !!! I now need an entire Goldfinger Math Rock album. I really hope the guys in the band see this video!
Not the tracking during the DCI part!!! Loved every second of this ! 💕
i never would have expected a fusion collab on this channel
There are SO many genre choices here I'd love a full version of. Old School Hiphop, Indie, Math Rock... another GENIUS video. I love this channel!
Incredibly talented, thanks for the awesome energy and enthusiasm
The funk one hit different
I looooved this, please do more of this!
this has given me immense serotonin
Sampling the opening drum fill in the hip hop beat was a nice touch
I want to see a group perform this at a DCI competition now... Just a full Goldfinger medley.
So good, I'm almost speechless on how skilled and creative all of you are in this video, I'd love a full version of every genre
This was so good
The talent power level, across all contributors, is at 100%.
This video made up for the whole of 2020, thank u (also im a lil in love with the golden age hip-hop oufit)
Thank you
Well now I need you to start like 10 more channels because all of these are EXCELLENT. I think the Shoegaze and bebop ones were my favorite.
This is crazy and they are a genius! Thanks everyone for doing this!
Man this was amazeballs! Loved this vid. Loved the TTNG shirt too. That album was killer
Pure talent!
THE DCI PART OMG
just got slapped in the face with high school marching band nostalgia, thank you :D
That is such a huge undertaking, and you still nailed it so well. That is stellar man! Amazing execution!
The editing in this video is so well done like holy shit this is impressive
"DCI"
I died. Good game. Congrats on taking a full breath.
CARRY ON …on and on forever I don't think the world will complain for this additional happiness
This is 100% hard work and awesomeness, love every genre.
Kudos for you my man.
Bro that shit was the most insane thing I've ever witnessed. You have mad talent!
DCI is what plays when you finish Tony Hawks Underground 1 with all the Chaos Emeralds, unlocking the secret ending where you have to fight Eric Sparrow in space.
You never cease to amaze me. Wildly impressive stuff.
Speaking as someone who played Baritone in band for several years, I just wanted to say thank you for that last bit.
I would literally listen to any of these as full songs.... Amazing work!
Can we get a full version of the funk cover?
Dude. DUDE. I knew you were a master, but this was something else. Mad props
Jeremy you're a genius and all your collaborators are amazing
What do I need to do to get a full version of the funk genre one?
Oh, and the indie one as well.
Okay but just imagine if a Ska musical actually existed.
It'd be about a guy who overcomes his depression and hopelessness via saxophone
