Ok, NO ONE pay any attention to Alan Chamberlain's toxicity and recycling of stupid complaints about the actors and the show's legacy. The cast and crew have been doing a fine job with the show and I would love to see how they finish this show with it's last season.

Probably but Miguel deserves it. Will be sad for him to have see the guy who kicked him off a balcony wins after all that training he did. I like Robby, but Miguel was brought in as the new karate kid and I'm hoping that is how it ends.

Biggest bunch of frauds ever these writers, they ruined the show after S2. They despise the Tory character and are very clearly sexist the way they treat women on the show except for Sam.They made Cobra Kai look weak and keep pushing their fanatical love for Miyagi Do. The show had promise with Cobra Kai being different. But they just reverted back to the 80s and did the exact same thing yawn Cobra Kai has to go, Miyagi Do are the so called good guys who can do no wrong. Time has moved on Miyagi Do doesn't wash anymore it's fake martial arts ad wouldn't work irl. A wrestler, kickboxer or judo fighter would destroy this cast. The writers are hacks look at their CV it's littered with failure, Obliterated they hyped up was such a vile show full of nudity, sexism and just vulgarity. They have loads of kids and young people following them on social media and they put a show like this out disgusting. I get creepy vibes off these 3, a scandal in the future wouldn't surprise me. Even throwing in the Tory and Sam pillow fight is so bizarre and creepy. These writers got found out, they just copy off other films Rocky, Kill Bill KK1-3, Fist Of Fury etc just to name a few. They should find some shame, they never get asked real questions.
How would you have done things differently?
@@samueli7759 I would have made the show a lot darker not bring in Kenny/Anthony, I would have built around Tory and made her a real threat. I wouldn't have bothered with the Miyagi Do rubbish, they should have done Cobra Kai and maybe move into MMA type stuff, I would have made Tory an MMA fighter. I wouldn't have casted a lot of those either Tanner, Mary etc their terrible, I would cut out all the Miyagi Do nonsense and build around Cobra Kai. I would also make the fights look a lot better not this fake nonsense of Johnny beating 4 top sensei's when drunk or Robby beating the whole CK dojo himself not credible.

With regards to MMA I do believe they should've implemented it a bit seeing how Cobra Kai is supposed to prepare you for the real world. If thats the case they could've made Miyagi Do more practical in real life situations.

Daniel has taking over the entire show, Johnny is a lapdog for him now, his character is totally ruined. I can't watch KK1 the same anymore now. Chozen is there for fanfic reasons, he shouldn't have comeback in S5, these guys are literal criminals. They broke into Silver's house and tried to murder him. Chozen also beat up Silver's sensei's, Mike's guys and carries weapons around. The writers bias is insane, I'm not falling for this fake hype anymore. The show is supposed to e called Cobra Kai but all they care about is Miyagi Do. Look at the state of Mary and Tanner the 2 worst actors ever, Peyton should have quit this show, she deserves better.

However, I feel the whole series is a retcon. Johnny was at peace with his match against LaRusso in Karate Kid 1(Your alright LaRusso). He turned from Kreese's ways and left Cobra Kai off to a better life as implied by Karate Kid 3 beginning. Now this Cobra Kai series comes out and we are to believe he's been in depression for 33-34 years over a High School Karate Tournament and wants to go back to Cobra Kai which corrupted him as a kid (and that he escaped) and nearly killed him? Retcon at it's finest.
Tanner and Mary are so cringe, Peyton is clearly the most down to earth. They treat Peyton's character like rubbish, she's lost to Sam in S2, 3, basically 4 cause all the fanboys said Sam was the real champ and scored 3 points, and Sam wins again in S6. It's a disgrace the special treatment Sam and Miyagi Do gets. The trailer was the worst I ever seen, Mary is so fake and mid, she's not even in shape compared to Peyton or even Oona. Anthony and Kenny are just pointless, should have never been in the show. They turned Tory into the female Kyler and had her lose every big fight, Tory has beat no one good, even Kenny got a better win than Tory which proves the writers are sexist. Robby Miguel and Hawk are all overrated too, Jacob lost to Tanner irl at wrestling and Tanner can barely bench his own body weight, I have seen so many women out lift him who are way stronger than him. Peyton should have quit this show but she's too kind and they take advantage of that, Hannah Alicia Kim admitted the writers lied to her and wouldn't let her do stunts she wanted cause Alicia is legit and would embarrass the likes of Jacob and Tanner, sexist and washed show. Remember all the fanboys said Griffin was like 6 foot cause of certain angles in a picture? the dude is like 5'7 lmfao.

This show has become like Disney Star Wars terrible, Johnny is a lapdog now and Chozen is a criminal. Daniel and his 2 kids are so unlikeable and are painted as good guys, the whole premise of the show was to show Cobra Kai could be different decades later. But they reverted to the same old boring tired nonsense Cobra Kai are the bad guys and gotta go, Miyagi Do are the good guys and can do no wrong, I never bought it. Should have kept Miyagi Do out of the show totally it's ruined everything. Tory never got her big win cause they can have Sam lose straight up or look bad, there always has to be an excuse for Miyagi Do not winning, it's a fake fighting style, any amateur MMA fighters, kickboxer or wrestler would obliterate these bums. It's a shame cause this show had real potential, but they went down the kiddy route with Anthony and Kenny, who actually cares about that storyline?
