CHANGING SHIFT KNOBS - FROM PULL-OFF TO THREADED (BMW/MINI/ETC) EASIEST WAY 👀👀

Installing a Mishimoto Weighted Shifter onto a BMW E39 with a pull-off shift knob
You will need an adapter with a female to male connection (male side is with thread)
You will need an aftermarket shift knob of your choice
You will need threaded grommets that will fit onto the adapter, or into the new shifter
Then you screw them on together
