Looks great! May I suggest picking up a miniDSP mic so you don’t have to guess how your enclosure is performing?
Also check out WinISD and Hornresp for enclosure modeling.

Hi Andrew, yes they are both great suggestions! I am currently using winISD on my next speaker design. And plan to get a calibrated mic.

Good looking build...and definitely block the ports...are you using the 2 inch speakers as tweets or are they full range also...pretty amazing sound out of such little cones...I need to give this a go I think

Your plastic cover for the bass driver work as a bass radiator. Block the ports
