that was a old video and before the latest patch 😍... unfortunately they nerfed it from lvl 11 to lvl 7 now. So you can't get past lvl 7 as per new rules or conditions 😭

How U have migration token with level 11 city?
I'm level 7, if I upgrade 8 I lose my migration beginner
