Oi massive thank you to everyone who has sent me a private message, left a nice comment, or liked any of the posts I've made. Don't know if I could've been bothered to finish this if not for you guys. This has been a project I've been working on since the start of the year, and I've been chipping away at it in my down time from work and uni, and your support has been all I need to finish this up.
This is the first animation I've ever made, and it's funny to see how much I've improved in certain aspects in this short video alone. You can literally tell which shots I did first and which were the final ones. But for my first animation, I'm extremely proud and extremely grateful for you subscribers. Although 181 isn't a "big" number on the internet, it's a MASSIVE number to me, so cheers for that.
Just really grateful I have an audience to share this with. Although you're all strangers to me, I appreciate you all. - Ігри

Debut as a legend.
what a flex
Well it’s clearly rotoscoped. I’m not an animator but I imagine that’s easier than other ways of animating.
@@adino20 yeah but STILL

1:21 "That nasty boogie bugs me." - Sekiro is crushing bugs.
1:23 "Somehow it has drugged me." Sekiro uses a sugar; that's pretty much drugs.
1:25 "Spellbound rhythm gets me on my feet." Sekiro is resurrecting back onto his feet.
1:29 "I've changed my life completely." Genichiro is changing.
1:31 "I've seen the lightning leave me." Sekiro is deflecting lightning.
1:33 "My baby just can't take her eyes off me." That is Snake Eyes Shirafuji.
This video is genius. There are many more lyrical references in the animation that I've noticed but I would not be surprised if there are more that I missed. Well done.
During the “I just can’t control my feet” it shows wolf collapsing(can’t control his feet because he dies), possessing someone else(they can’t control their feet), and then wolf and a ministry guy goin off to follow the actual dance interpretation
1:23 that tiktok logo had me realize that this channel is ahead of its time haha
@@michaeltownley2089 damn hahaha i just see it
Aren’t the other two scenes a loss of control as well? The incursion of the interior ministry shows that genichiro can’t control the outside of his own castle, and the doctor that you trick someone into going to, which results in them going mad (and loosing their control of themselves).
Dang nice catches, it just became better

Welcome to the club, great to see you there! :D
Man I'm glad you've seen it now
Praise from the man who created the greatest Sekiro parody on youtube. Now I can officially call this video a masterpiece
There are so many little details in the background that I didn't see the first time watching.
The Celeste reference, armoured warrior falling, the free falling nightjar.
It's so well made.

*I can't stop!*
*HOW DO I STOP?!?!?*
well jokes on you
actually incredible
Never thought i'd see you on a sekiro video
Wait buddy, we must have more CONTENT
Oh wow a Gromek in the wild
I know everyone has commented on how funny, this is and how it perfectly encapsulates the NG+ experience and all of the story beats. Some even noticed all the easter eggs (like Frampt statue behind Hanbei) What stood out to me was that this was low key a prosthetic strategy guide as well. None of the prosthetic animations are random. They're all the most optimal choices for those particular fights. It was just done so stylishly that it just seems like part of the dance. Every bit of this video was so well thought out. Bravo.
Could you explain them? I saw the flamethrower, divine abduction and I guess maybe the coin throw, but the only one that I understood was the mistraven one with the lightning at the end.
@@Hehfg for the isshin fight i saw sekiro uses three prosthetic
flamevent cus it can stagger genichiro big mortal blade move
umbrella because it counter isshin heavt dragon sweep and slash, and if timed correctly u can even retaliate and deal big posture and heatlhdmg
the mist ofc for lightning reversal
divine abduction is for farming
side note: i also love that when isshin pull out the spear the only thing u can do is try to deflect it as it can be seen in the vid
side note 2: the flamevent is also kinda better in this case compared too firecracker imo because u can follow up with living force for a burn proc which is nice
side note 3: at 3:00 he also use sen throw, which i heard is very strong in melee range, it acted like a shotgun, but i dont reconize the boss
@@hieuNguyen-om8sg I used sen throw in the ishin fight. Phase 2 is the hardest, so when I saw he close to posture breaking, I stun-locked him with senthrow to build up the last posture. and phase three is alright with the lightning reversal
@@hieuNguyen-om8sg I'm fairly certain that moment at 3:00 isn't a specific boss, but a generic Ministry duel swordsman with the large red hats.
Though to add on, he also uses the Firecracker against the True Monk. It's excellent against both the true and false monk, as she can be almost always stun locked with a firecracker followed by two attacks, followed by another firecracker. The false monk can swap the firecracker for snap seeds as she's an illusion and not only gets stunned but also takes massive posture damage from them. The only time she can break free from the combo is if you are slightly late on a followup attack, or if she's able to start up her multiple spinning slash attack.
2:50 He applies Divine Confetti, Ceremonial Tanto and Yashariku’s Sugar to fight Demon of Hatred
omg that flows so nicely too😂

This quite honestly is one of the greatest things I've ever seen. You wouldn't truly appreciate it unless you've played through at least twice, but if you have, the references are just so ridiculously on point. As is the animation. Masterpiece is thrown around a lot but this is one, without question.
I'm not sure which to be more amazed by: That every frame is hand-drawn, or that you somehow got Michael Jackson to play without it being removed.
Give a bit longer. The youtube bots will pick up on it and flag copy strike the shit out of this treasure.
The frames were more likely all traced since they used rotoscoping for all the dancing, you can tell they didn't do much original animating as the characters all move exactly like human beings and not cartoons.
@@solengoul exactly
@@solengoul rotoscoping isn't that simple of a job either.
@@spinyslasher6586 It takes a substantial commitment of time and energy regardless, but it can be used much more creatively to be original.
