Nothing like crispy hot squid with a squeeze of lemon. For shallow frying you can just coat in flour. But my favourite way to prepare them is to soak in some milk with salt and pepper, and maybe some seasonings of choice, I like basil and chilli flakes. Then just toss in a flour/bread crumb mix. Then deep fry. Give it a try sometime and let me know how you like it.
Nice work, Alex 👌 Would love to see a closer look at cleaning the squid too, please. Do you use the wings and tentacles? Tips for skinning the tunes etc. Thanks mate 👍
