  • Surah Al-Falaq, also known as "The Daybreak" or "The Dawn," is the 113th chapter (surah) of the Quran. It consists of five verses and is classified as a Meccan surah, revealed before the Prophet Muhammad's migration to Medina. Here is the English translation of Surah Al-Falaq:
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak
From the evil of that which He created
And from the evil of darkness when it settles
And from the evil of the blowers in knots
And from the evil of an envier when he envies."
This surah emphasizes seeking refuge in Allah from various forms of evil, both physical and metaphysical, and serves as a supplication for protection against harm and adversity. Muslims often recite it as part of their daily prayers for spiritual protection.
