    To slow down video, click the little gear (Settings) on bottom right. Click "Playback speed." Personally, I recommend 0.75. I hope this helps some!

      Den ljud på hastighet 0.75 är jätte dåligt. Tidigare ca 2 - 3 år tillbaka var bättre på UA-cam. Vad gör Google!?

    Amazing! Shouldn't it be the other way around, first with subtitles, for comprehension? It's hard to focus this wat, especially I don't notice when the Subtitled version Kicks in

      I am in Kiruna right now, but everyone speaks English, so I barely learned any Swedish since I moved here.

      @@AntonFetzer Most europeans can speak more than one language, their mother tounge language including english and for some french spanish and german also. Best way is to tell people not to speak english but to speak swedish to you.

    I like this method of the video, but sometimes the person who narrates speaks a little fast and his voices make it sound a little unheard for each words but actually the video helped me a lot being honest 🙂

    1.25 sounds like normal, 1.00 sounds like a person trying to talk to someone who doesn't know the language
    0.75 sounds like a norrlänning and 0.5 sounds like a drunk sweeed x'D omg i'm laughting so hard
    And why in the world am i watching this, haha i was born here 33 years ago and speak swedish fluent

      It’s a Stockholm’s accent. But she’s doing a kind of “reading voice”.

    This language is just as easy to learn as Spanish (if not easier) but in the opposite way. English is the half sibling of Swedish and Spanish but Swedish and Spanish are unrelated parents

    It's a good exercise but the speed, shortening of words, connecting two or more words, and even not pronouncing whole words, really makes this language hard to learn. For ex. 5.50 there are ten words, it sounds like she's saying two, the first really long one (menoraoraaooraoaoa) and in the end, I could hear tidigt and that's it!

      Yeah it's definitely not for people who are just starting out..
      I'm at around A2 level and this is perfect for me; I can understand almost everything but it's still challenging

      It's really not. The idea is you listen to one multiple times and learn. There's no way as a beginner that you'd just understand straight away. Keep trying.

      @@rainblue8005 that's how natural speakers speak? In english we abbreviate so many syllabus depending on the tense and "vibe" we're going for. If you didn't want natural speakers go to a different video.
