In Brazil we say that someone is "corno" or "corna" when is cheated on. "Corno" is a less used word for horn ("chifre"), most commonly used in the context of cheating. These guys are actually comediants that start a low budget slapstick comedy TV program called "Hermes e Renato", which used to be broadcasted in the MTV Brasil. They created several characters, including the musicians of Massacration (Detonator, Metal Avenger, Blondie Hammet...) and also the characters of other music groups like the Axé band "Coração Melão" (axé is a music genre from Bahia, which was very popular here in Brazil in the 90's). You can think of them of some kind of brazilian Monty Python.
In the case of Massacration, with the exception of the drummer, they all actually knew how to play the instruments (note that the drummer always appears with a mask in live performances, because the guy from the TV program that portraits him actually don't know how to play the drums). The drummer in the live performances is Ricardo Confessori, former Angra and current Shaman drummer.
Massacration is still active. They started like a mockery band, but their sound is so good that they ended with lots of fans. Some headbangers think they insult metal fans, but they are a minority with no sense of humor ;-)
PS: the guy that is shown in this video dressed like a waiter is Fausto Fanti aka Blondie Hammet. He died in 2014 at age 35, commiting suicide. He had depression. Bruno Sutter (aka Detonator) and him were childhood friends and the creators of Hermes e Renato. Bruno Sutter presents a radio program in a Rock broadcaster called "Kiss FM", where he often plays the Detonator character.

At this point, u already know they are a comedy group and, actually, a very prolific one. They had a low budget program on MTV Brasil for a long time called Hermes & Renato. U should check, Frank! Early on u'll realize that they are genius for working with the really cheapest stuff. Nevertheless, it's too much a Brazilian scrumbag lifestyle, so u'll probably miss some references, worth it, though. Also, changing the subject, I recommend u to watch Cidade de Deus movie, maybe even react to it, it's a highly rated Brazilian action movie, worth it as well. 😎👍
