I bought a box of 24 plugs and poppers from TMOL for about a fiver a few years back, just to see what was what. They looked crazy, some with heads painted like angry samurai cartoons, but they stood out in the water and I caught fish after fish with them. The hooks weren't great and bent out on snags, but it meant that I got the lure back most of the time. Every time I'm in I look to see if they're in stock, but I think they've been discontinued.

Well done to you and lidl bringing the price of fishing tackle down in price it will certainly put the skids under the over priced fishing tackle outlets crack on
