In order to deal with negative feelings I use to do breathing exercise (anulom bilom - pranayama) which help me to release the all negative feelings and all positive feelings instantly start to pouring my body... I instantly feel relaxed ...

I have heard of this woman and book for 20 years but never knew who she was. I just imagined a black woman, an Oprah-person, I have no idea why. Ronda brought nothing to the table except what she gleaned from teachers like Abraham who was supposed to be featured from get go but was scrapped so the limelight would remain on ronda..nothing any one says will change this FACT. I have nothing against ronda & I give credit where credit is due..she has a very opportunistic slant on things ,she seized her opportunities ,fair enough but her NOT even acknowledging Abraham & all she learned from the teachings only show what she truly is deep inside & that is regrettable ..I wish you & her all the very best but remember that it good to go through life living up to who you say you are or what you say you do. Or you are just another empty shell full of wind just in it for what you can take..which again is fair enough if it is your choice but pretending otherwise is deceitful. Blessings

Esther has spoken about this in several of her lectures & no, she doesn't hate ronda ,she just says the truth about how they were deceived. Do your research before you accuse people of hate when it is totally unfounded
