its an animation meme. meme originates from a word meaning "imitated thing" and its a cultural medium through imitation (EG imitating other animations synced up to various other songs) thats why you can find animation memes like "HONEYPIE" and they all go somewhat similar, thats also goes the same for the internet word "meme" because they spread quickly through imitation example: "me @ the _ contest but i see you" or "mom i want to do __ me to the robbr @1am" -> so its something that people imitate like a trend. animation memes r also imitated stufs
also fluidity/quality doesnt come from framerate, movement cn be really janky even if ur at liek 64fps it just depends what type of movement it is and how flowy it is. im not talking about the fluidity of the framerate but he movement. dunno why you care so much about framerate but framerate is a relaly fun medium to mess around with seen in really popular movies like the animated spiderman ones, which never took away the quality of it. old disney animated movies have more fluidity w their awful framerate nd the latest movie wish has the most stiff movement ive seen in my life, framerate does not equal fluidity it's the subject of the animation itself. fluidity can be conveyed w motion blur (used in this) squasj nd stretch (used in this) etc its all about the storyboarding etc. people are not talking about the fluidity of the frames transitioning if you want that go to thos edogshit ai framerate enhancers videos that make everything look unnatural. people are talking about the fluidity that is still retained without high framerate because the movement of the subject flows into one anothr (wind sfx etc)
