- very healthy Gujarati muthiya made with watermelon rind with lots of fibers and vitamin.
1 1/2 cup makke ka aata
1/4 cup suji
1 cup methi bhaji
1/2 cup coriander
2 tbls. oil
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1/2 tsp.asfoetida
1/2 tsp.turmeric
Green chilly,ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp. sesame seeds
Salt to taste.
tamarind pulp 1 tbls.
Wah super healthy full of fiber nasta looking delicious 😋😋😋👌👌
