Interesting discussion. I have the same sleep issues and am aware of what sleep deprivation does to the brain and its consequences. I’m not buying into how many times a day/or throughout the night he suggests taking it, and I’m not buying into the fact that it is not habit forming. Especially if he says you get a high, a slight buzz off of this. I’m more willing to look into red light therapy or other sleep aids before I take the dive into what he is selling. He’s putting a Band-Aid on a deeper problem.

Then whole dropper had no effect. Yes, I finished whole bottles of cbd, cbn, cbd with thc. No improvements. Tried kanha gummies with thc-felt extremely dizzy. Tried Wyld gummies based on dispensary recommendation-no effect. I keep hearing about benefits but haven’t experienced any. Maybe it’s the brand, not sure but I’m tired of trying without any benefits
