Compared to Australian cricket grounds, English cricket stadiums stand nowhere. I am quite disappointed with the grounds being used in this world cup. Atleast they should have renovated the Lords for the finals. A world cup final deserves a better stadium.
@@FBI-bw1ck SCG has massive variation in design and height, which makes conditions more interesting. The MA Noble/Bradman Stands have more of a canopy rather than a standard roof above the top tier, which allows wind to drift through.

Although I do agree, I guess it's a fine line between preserving the history of Lords and having a modern high tech stadium. It's hard to have both.
