Panna Cotta recipe, the easiest recipe for the best Italian dessert, with strawberry sauce

Majkl shows us in this video how easily to prepare Panna Cotta. Panna Cotta is one of the easiest desserts, but what is great about it is that it is presentable, tastes great, and is very easy to preserve. You can have it sitting in your freezer for 2 to 3 weeks, and 2 hours before serving, you can take it out of the freezer, and your guests will be delighted how tasty and nice this dessert is.
Ingredients for 6 servings:
500g heavy cream (36% fat)
100g sugar
10g gelatine
infusion:
1 vanilla pod (or you can use coffee beans or you can infuse with roses, thyme, basil, mint...etc it is really upto you)
Fruit sauce (coulis)
500 g fruits (Majkl uses strawberries, but you can use any red fruits, fresh or frozen, like raspberries, any berries...etc)
50g sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Majkle moc děkuji za opět super recept! Co jsme zkoušeli uvařit tak bylo vynikající a snadné na uvaření. Je prostě super vidět pozitivního člověka co miluje vaření a užívá svůj život. Mám vždy lepší den když se mrknu na to co zase vykouzlíš. Až budu mít cestu pozvu tě na pivo. 😉
