    I bow to the Primal Guru,
    I bow to the Guru woven through time
    I bow to the True Guru, the true
    identity of the self.
    I bow to the Great Guru whose great
    glory will always be.

      I just came across this video. I’m a speech language pathologist as well and as I was listening to him speak about the sounds I thought oh how interesting.

    Thank you for this short video, satnam. I was wondering if you could tell me if there are any tufford mujras that sync up with this particular chant. I find that by doing different mudra is when I'm doing chanting or other practices enhances the experience. Thank you for your time. Namaste

    @bashpr0mpt Hmmmm.. basherprompt.. The world need less hate.. This guy is no zealot.. His etymology of Mamme could be an alternative to yours. The difference between you and Guru Singh is that he spreads love intelligently and you tear down love intelligently.. Give yourself a big hug...

    What's the reason for rubbing the palms together before chanting the mantra?

    • @generalhodler
      @generalhodler 5 років тому

      To bring energy into the body. When you rub your hands you feel the friction and heat...that is life energy. Once created you either grasp hands or close the hand loop with thumb and index or middle finger allowing the flow to stay inside during meditation.

    Hello what is mean Ong

    • @quantumhealing333
      @quantumhealing333 11 місяців тому +1

      I once heard Yogi Bhajan say that it's a variation of "om" but adds the ng sound to ground the energy, bringing it down to earth. He said om could take you too much into the clouds. Ong connects to the primal creative sound while also grounding you.
      I hope that helps!

    erikksonbI just saw this post and the comment by erikksonb. Readers please do not get confused by his ignorance. The fact that as soon as the child is born, it is supposed to cry which causes lots of bodily functions to start operating. Languages are nothing but communicating with different frequencies. Thus all these chants are so important spiritually.
