Sutrtr is strong in general stages and CC, deals a very good damage, but a lot of bosses with gimmicks (dodge, instant retreat, etc.) doesn't make her an instant win button anymore. Blemishine is more niche, but her synergy with Mudrock for infinite bonk is fun. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Surtr is the most powerful operator..... in my heart. The combo of long red hair, horns, giant flaming sword is just too powerful for me. Jokes aside, I do agree with your points on balance. Another way to look at it, is that for the game to be truly "balanced" all 100+ operators would have to be virtually identical. Clearly that isn't the case, so naturally some operators are rated higher than others. I do disagree however with the goalpost being set at Surtr. Imo, the goal post should be set at the 3* and 4* team clears for all the maps. As long as the low star clears are still possible, operators like Surtr will remain as a luxury, not as a requirement. In that way, any other newly released operators that happen to "overthrow" Surtr would also fall under that category. 💪💪💪💪
Well, Sturtr IS one of the most powerful units in the game, and she can make your life much easier in the long run. But her value will depend on if you value more meta over waifus. I, myself, plan my Orundum savings so I can get some of both. Now decide, dear Doktah, waifu or meta? 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
