- Chasing the Dream" follows the journey of Matt Harnacke and his horse Chase as they embark on an adventure of a lifetime. Following their journey from Australia all the way to the Netherlands. This documentary showcases the process of flying horses, Matts private life and everything in between.

gael crane Yeah, I always watch Matt’s videos, I think he’s a great human being just by the fact that he brought his horse with him. I would do the same with my horse if I moved far away from home. Yeah seeing his mum cry especially made me tear up. I’m quite an emotional girl 😂
God Bless his parents. My eyes filled with tears seeing his mom so upset. His parent's should be so very proud. They have raised such a polite, kind hearted son!

Okay, i just want to say that: yes he has a lot of expensive and pretty brand stuff. But why does that matter? It also shows that he wants the best for his horse right? the equastrian sport is all about brands and sponsors.yes he is a nice guy to look at we all know that but that is not the only reason we watch. This video is awesome too watch because he is sooo nice too everyone and especially his horse. Good luck in the netherlands matt! I hope you like it here ;)

Matt isn’t just another pretty face. He has depth and character.
Yeah, I didn't want to like him. But he is super genuine and real and a real horse person who cares about and understands his horse. He's a good guy that I would be glad to call friend if I knew him.
horses are peoples babies... they get the best of everything... I always made sure I got mine the most comfy stuff... blankies, padded halters, you name it.. if it looked like it would hurt me and my skin, my baby didnt get it either
@@amysiciliani6517 same tbh I always am hesitant of pettubers especially those that do big brand deals. Matt follows through and is so diplomatic in speaking up about issues while also setting a positive influence.

Or Nat Geo! I sure didn't plan on watching all of this but once I started... I imported my Australian Kelpie pups from Italy and the Czech Republic on Lufthansa and KLM Dutch Airlines to Seattle and it is an amazing process with stops at the animal Hotels in Amsterdam and Frankfurt, (I believe Frankfurt, it's been a few years). Matt did a remarkable job making the arrangements, in his modeling work and personal life. For his level of sophistication, Matt seems well-grounded and his family deserves a lot of credit for the fine young man he apparently has become. I have always encouraged my son to take advantage of any travel opportunities and exposure to other cultures that he can. Travel makes you a more well-rounded individual!

Omg, I know how this turns out, but I'm literally on the edge of my seat watching this series. Matt, you are an amazing young man and you are truly blessed... not just with good looks, but you are clearly quite intelligent, your modelling has brought you a very comfortable income (from the look of it), but above all, you seem very down to earth and humble in many ways. Your parents must be (and should be!) so very proud of you! Now, on to episode 4!
Matt comes across as such a nice, well mannered and grounded young man, really enjoying following his story.

Omg when you first told your parents they had to say goodbye at the stables I could feel your moms heart break, when she asks to have the camera away I couldn’t hold it back anymore. So hard to see your kids grow up and live their lives but at the same time you’re so proud and so happy that they can follow their dreams

I’ve known Matt for a long time but didn’t really watch his UA-cam channel, just started watching him and Jesse a few days ago. I immediately fell in love with them two I mean their channels and videos (but they look sooo handsome for sure xD). I just started watching this series and like... I cried from 0:00 to 22:43, this is very beautiful and I mean not the video itself, but that he has done what he’s wanted for so long, and nowadays, that’s not a thing that anyone could do. He has money for sure but I think not because he was born into a rich family, rather because he worked for it. There are people who simply just want to be rich without any reason. Well, Matt used his money for good and he still does! He’s not only a pretty guy with some awesome horses and tack. He’s somebody who made it to the finishline. One part of his dreams came true and that’s really amazing. He has a big future. Love him xx (late and long comment but thanks for reading it :”D)

This is teaching me so Much about flying with your horse, I never knew you had to do and to think you could have just gone by yourself but no you took your horse with you and I love that, true friendship there with so much Love in as well.
These videos and this story is just amazing and inspiring to me. I've been a horsewoman my whole life and I currently own a Thoroughbred, who was my aunt's, but after she passed he became ours. Chase is so beautiful and Matt looks like not just a wonderful rider, but a genuinely caring rider and person as well. I cried a little too when he said goodbye (sort-of) to his parents, but everyone deserves to pursue their dreams, whatever they may be. I've ridden horses practically all my life and have really grown as a rider myself to the point where I can canter independently and sponsor horses as well. Horseback riding is my passion and number one hobby for me and once I have my own place I, like Matt, plan to own my own horse one day. So, we have quite a bit in common when it comes to horses and ownership of a horse or horses. Plus, my family and I have been to Australia and stayed in Sydney and absolutely loved it. I wish you and Chase all the best on this journey that you're currently embarking on and hope that you and Chase find success in all that you do together. Take care of each other and yourself. #horses are wonderful.
I am absolutely loving every episode of Chasing the Dream!!! I must confess I am just like your Mom. My son left home 7 years ago and I stilled cried with your Mom! Lol! As much as we love to see you fly, a big part still wishes you were little. Bittersweet. You have a fantastic future. Looking forward to the flight!

This is so fascinating!! I have always been intrigued about how horses fly overseas, and it's my dream job to work in quarantine facilities and be involved in the process of transporting horses overseas! From the bio-security to the actual process, I really loved watching this!!

For insurance purposes the handlers have to load the horses and time is money in aviation, they cant afford to miss a flight slot so it's all very tight and has to run like clockwork. No time to have a loading issue.
