Today we run Highwoods Parkrun. This is one of the most challenging Parkruns We have ever come across come and take a look on how we did. Did we get first place?
Well done on getting 1st while filming Reece. Highwoods is my local and where you did the first turn around, in the summer we go up that grassy hill to finish 😂 its a brutal course summer and winter again well done
As was said earlier you turn right off the path off the winter course and up the grass hill and then after looping the forest it’s along the path again and then straight on up the hills to the finish!!! Great videos and you have a new subscriber!!! Great work Reece.
Well done Reece great running and to get 1st while doing your video is so good. I am not keen on Highwoods so many hills but have done it a few times. We went on a trip this weekend to Boston you would love that course and get a great time maybe even a PB. Keep the videos coming we are of to Norwich next week then the LLHM the week after. We miss Ads.
Thank you! Very challenging! Definitely not a PB course but still a good vibe nonetheless. Have to let me know what the LLMH time you get, Adz is back this weekend so stay tuned. 😝
Well done on placing first. It doesn't happen very often... At least for me. Really enjoy your vlogs on these races. We don't have Park runs in this part of the US. Fortunately no shortage of races though so plenty of them to test your speed with. Love watching your channel and the places you go
@@Raddysetgo I've done a little research for park runs near here (salt lake City) and I think the nearest was close to 5 hours away. They haven't really caught on here. I think culturally people want a medal and refreshments at the end. Definitely an interesting discussion as I can tell that the park runs in the UK are well attended and popular
@@Raddysetgo yeah I've given that some thought. Wonder how many hoops id have to jump through with permitting issues and right now our racing market is over server in terms of the number of races versus the population. Definitely good for thought
Well done Reece. great running. A lot of first timers at Highwoods usually go off way to fast then suffer. Well done on holding first place.
Thank you!!! It was hard!
Epic... well done bud!
Cheers bro!
Well done Reece , go and get that hot chocolate ❤❤❤❤
Thank you 🙏

Thank you! Yes will defiantly come back and do the summer one!
Brilliant video!!! My local parkrun. You’ll have to come back and do the summer course!!! 👍
That's the plan! Apparently the summer course is much better!

@@eddiegaul1903 Why don’t you make your own one! I’m sure people would turn up! You could be the ambassador!

I’m not too sure how it works over there but definitely look into it!
