I think it's interesting that the narrator failed to say that the accent used for Lucius Malfoy was actually created by Jason Isaacs. He used a combination of accents, including his hometown in Liverpool, and gave it a "raspy" and "slick" twist. There's a video where he describes how the directors liked/hated the accent and asked him to tone it down. It's worth a watch, in my opinion.
Warwick Davis should be top of the list (Flitwick/Griphook) - the accent for both characters sounds nothing like his natural speaking voice and he changed both of them between films (so two characters but a total of four accents)

I think it's interesting that the narrator failed to say that the accent used for Lucius Malfoy was actually created by Jason Isaacs. He used a combination of accents, including his hometown in Liverpool, and gave it a "raspy" and "slick" twist. There's a video where he describes how the directors liked/hated the accent and asked him to tone it down. It's worth a watch, in my opinion.

Warwick Davis should be top of the list (Flitwick/Griphook) - the accent for both characters sounds nothing like his natural speaking voice and he changed both of them between films (so two characters but a total of four accents)
