The size of the flash drive has decreased after recording Memtest. Return the original Windows tool

After writing the Memtest program image, the volume of the flash drive has significantly decreased and now after formatting it remains small (for example, 254 Mb).
It turns out that the usual formatting does not help. There is a solution - using the usual Windows tools (using the command line), it turns out to return the previous volume of the flash drive without problems
Commands for CMD:
1. DiskPart
2. list disk
3. select disk (drive number (Look carefully when choosing the volume of the flash drive))
4. clean
