    There are also players that never played for my rivals that I would not wear. An example: I am a Chelsea fan, but you will never see me wear an Iniesta Spain jersey because I keep remembering that night in Stamford Bridge in 08/09 and also Barce were kind of our European rivals. That night deeply hurt me.

      I think that’s a ‘European rivalry’ only Chelsea fans perceive.

    • @thetruth4654

      I think at that point in time, Chelsea and Barcelona were rivals.
      which is why many Chelsea fans dislike Barcelona to this day, and many Barcelona fans dislike Chelsea(which they might) I haven`t interacted with enough Barcelona fans to know, but it`s definetly possible.

      2004 to 2012 Barcelona vs Chelsea was tense. The closest thing to European rivalry to City vs Madrid nowadays. Across 12 games in those 8 years, they were basically evenly matched

    R9 played for Inter, AC , Real Madrid and Barca. He’s respected everywhere. Even though he played for Real, Barca fans will never forget that season he had for them. They would probably wear his jersey.

    Yes i could, because these players are perhaps playing for a rival club, i dislike the club and not them as players.
    like i`m an AC Milan fan, i hate Juventus.
    But i could wear a Marchisio Italy jersey, but i wouldn`t wear a Juventus jersey with Del Piero on it(who too me is one of Juventus most iconic players, it would just feel wrong.)

    For myself as a United fan I personally I wouldn’t wear a shirt that had a rival player on the back of it if that player has done dirt for his club n I can consciously remember it🤷🏾‍♂🤷🏾‍♂for example I'd never ever wear a Silva shirt from when he was at Valencia cah he’s a City legend but I'd wear an France kit that had Henry on the back Henry cah I wasn’t old enough to have been watching football in the late 90's/early 2000s when our rivalry with Assna was at boiling point😅😅 as for the top 10 prem foreign goal scorers I came up with Salah, Mane, Drogba, Son, Lukaku, Aguero, CR7 n Henry🤧🤧

      I strongly dislike Arsenal, but if i became a father and my kid became a professional footballer at absolute top level, i would wear their jersey and support them regardless of the team they would have played for.
      It`s such a small chance to even become a pro player at the PL, Serie A, Ligue 1, Bundesliga or La Liga level, that i would support them no matter what.
      Like even becoming a pro at a mid table level club in any of those leagues are such a massive accomplishment.

    Bun Real Madrid. I rate Barca more since they promote youth players like United. Madrid just be cheating throughout UCL, whether it’s Nani getting sent off, or Vidal, or Cuadrado to CR7 scoring offside goals like it’s the 1890s 😂

    • @De3dSh0t
      @De3dSh0t 3 дні тому +5

      Brother you must've not been around during the Pep Barca days cause the shit they got away with against Arsenal, Chelsea, Inter and even Madrid in the UCL is wild.

    • @VelianFootball
      @VelianFootball 3 дні тому +5

      @@De3dSh0t u let British media and Twitter merchants manipulate it. Barca should’ve had 2 pens vs Chelsea, Etoo wrongly offside on a 1v1 and Abidal ghost red card. But the media spun the whole ting 😂.
      Van Persie wasted time at the Nou Camp, deserved double yellow. What happened vs Inter or Madrid? I know Barca had a goal ruled out wrongly offside in the first leg vs Inter.

    • @De3dSh0t
      @De3dSh0t 3 дні тому +4

      @@VelianFootball brother you can make the same arguments for Madrid lol, against Bayern Vidal got a pen he never should have and missed, Lewa's goal was from an offside, Nani literally kicked Arbeloa in the chest, you can say he was going for the ball but he still nearly took his head off (reminds me of Mane red Vs Ederson when he hit him accidentally and got sent off)
      Decisions often go both ways but people remember the ones going the way of the victor, but pretending Barca didn't get decisions their way is beyond naive.

    • @VelianFootball
      @VelianFootball 3 дні тому +3

      @@De3dSh0t I agree the Vidal pen was bs (even though it hit Carvajal’s arm and refs pick n choose when to use the handball call) but 1.) he missed 2.) CR7 scored two offside goals 3.) Vidal got sent off for a clean tackle. How can you equate the 1 pen Bayern got (& missed) to THREE game deciding decisions 😂? And Lewa never scored in that tie so idk what game you’ve been watching.
      Nani was looking at the ball, back in 2013 they weren’t red cards. We saw De Jong do it in the WC final. Don’t apply 2024 rules in 2013. Reasonable judgment was allowed back then, it was obvious Nani wasn’t trying to kung fu kick on purpose. But yet again, these 50/50 calls all seem to favour Madrid.
      I’m not pretending about anything, you listed examples of games and I’ve countered all of them. You haven’t given any definitive, blatant cheating for Barca like I have with Madrid.

    • @De3dSh0t
      @De3dSh0t 3 дні тому +3

      @@VelianFootball Vidal missing doesn't change the fact the pen was given, i.e a wrong decision.
      And Lewa didn't score but he played a part in going for the header with Ramos from an offside position which directly led to Muller scoring.
      Secondly, they did give reds out, because everyone knows and argued that De Jong should've been sent off for what he did against Alonso and said the ref was wrong, also Mane did it in 2018.
      And about Barca, even tho some things did go against them in the first leg against Chelsea as you've mentioned, you can't tell me far more obvious things didn't go against Chelsea in the second leg, there were literally 4 beyond obvious errors in that game.
      Van Persie got sent off because he shot the ball 3 seconds after the whistle because he didn't hear it and Arsenal were one up at the time and then Barca scored 3 against a 10 man Arsenal team.
      Against Inter Thiago Motta got sent off for a BS decision and despite Inter going through that doesn't change that.
      Against Madrid Pepe got sent off in the first leg at 0-0 when Alves spun like a fidget spinner and faked an injury going on a stretcher and appearing completely fine after exactly 60 seconds😂
      Btw, I'm not a Madrid fan, and as you said, they've more than had their fair share of BS decisions going their way, but so have Barca, they BOTH benefited a SHIT TON from refs favouring them.
