why not Solapur - Sangali - Nipani - Tilari/Amboli - Goa? Heard bad patches near Amboli but it has max 4 lane.
Trust me the route I’ve taken is really smooth until you hit Chorla but by then you’ll be 80% there so it won’t be a challenge if you’re a good driver. Tilari route is also good but I chose that and I was happy.

Ppl this is not the best route. Instead of taking left from Solapur just drive towards Sangli (kohlapur 8 lane highway road), before Sangli take left to Chikodi and then Belgaum to Goa.

Please suggest. Main April mein Jane ka soch raha bike se agar car rout select kiya map pe toh koi aisa highway v milega jahan bike allow nahi hoga? Reason behind selecting car on map is it show highway mostly but for bike it shows village route aswell. Please guide
I think you can follow the google map and there are no such highways I’ve found in between which doesn’t allow bikes. It’s anyway much more easier to take the bike through any villages or narrow roads considering the struggle is lot less compared to cars.

Amboli - Nipani road is bad as of now. Work is in progress but it’ll take atlst a year to complete the entire work. Till then avoid the route
