    Loving these. Never used a fish finding device or fished a dam. Looks wonderful. But yeah sunken trees and snags - where ever the Carp is in the world - they love them! Also noted a clear bit before weed is another good spot. If can find it!

    Awesome video! Just what I was looking for! I’ve been desperately trying to find the carp over winter on my home lake. I was fairly certain I’d seen carp rolling or head and shouldering in the same spot for the past two days. I was thinking it might be silver fish like bream. Now I know it isn’t and where to target next. Hopefully I’ll be fishing in the shoal of carp. Thanks.

    Very informative. Very nice. New subscriber. A friend just game me an IBobber for my birthday. If i had known his plan I would have steered him to DeeperPro. Many float tube fisherman friends use the DP and are happy with it. I wonder how people handle glare on their phone screens when out in the sun. I need to get a handle on that. Cheers from California--the state that unfortunately hates Carp.

      Thanks so much for the suppor. A great way to kill glare is make a small hood or sun shade with some dark plastic that covers the top and sides of the screen.

    Hey,
    Great videos you make. I learnt a lot. I'm beginner in carp fishing. Can you suggest me best rig for fishing. I live in india and so please keep water bodies here in mind. Thanks.
    And best of luck with the channel. Amazing work

      Th a is for the great feed back. I really appreciate it. I'd say for a beginner start off with a simple hair rig like the rig I call a "fluro carbon rig" if you look in my uploads, there is a step by step guide on how to tie it. Hope that helps and good luck :-)

    Hi Nice videos ent help.. I have a question today I gon fishing ent the water is still cold all day I didn't see carp jump at all end abaut 4 o'clock I so one jump close to margins.. You believe if I go again after 3, 4 days ent put my rigs there we I see carp the well be fish???

    • @ItsTippToppFishing
      @ItsTippToppFishing  4 роки тому +1

      Carp move all the time. Colder water, they do tend to move less but I wouldn't say fish would be in the same spot for 3 days. next time you on the bank and don't see anything for a while, place a rig where you think the fish might be. Maybe near some cover of weeds.

    I have masive lake, its like 40 meters deep, but its have one spot that is 6 meters, on that spot is clear and had an old tree, i dont know if i sholud cut it in the water so i can make them a cover for better fishing???

    • @ItsTippToppFishing
      @ItsTippToppFishing  3 роки тому +1

      It will create some cover for the fish BUT you also risk loosing fish when you hook up and the fish run you into the tree.

    can i ask you a question about clipping up please ? I'm a beginner so I'm trying to get the straight , if i cast out with a lead weight and marker float and find a spot i like i clip the line on to the spool , reel in, then with marker sticks wrap around the sticks , remember how many wraps then transfer that number to the rod I'm going to fish with then clip that line to the spool , ok, so i cast out hit the clip let the lead go down and I'm fishing , so then do i take the line off the clip because if a fish bites the line won't come off the reel, right? if a fish bites and i land it do i have to go through the process of wrapping around the marker sticks overtime the rod comes out of the water? i hope this makes sense and i know its long winded, many thanks for your help.

    • @ItsTippToppFishing
      @ItsTippToppFishing  4 роки тому +1

      It made perfect sense!
      So the answer is yes, once you have cast your rig out to the clip and put your rod on the rod rest, you must unclip your line from the line clip so the fish can run when it bites. If you don't unclip, you risk losing your rod, breaking the line or breaking the line clip.
      Once you have caught the fish, measure the wraps again and clip it up, cast out, set your rod down then unclip again.
      What some people do to avoid the re-measuring of your wraps, the guys sometimes tie a very thin bright elastic to your line where your line touched the clip. You can see where to clip your line with out having to measure the wraps. I hope it makes sense?
