I do hope there is an alternative game mode where there are weapons, kinda like in Beat That, because I have the feeling races with no powerups will get rather bland over time.
"Funracers take no skill" is a BS statement.
They should add the option to add powerups. Just like in Re-Volt.
But they should add power-ups races

Is it just me or does the 2nd car used with the like 6 boost slots seem way more overpowered than the twin mill in the first race lol
Not really. You have 6 "Turbo cells" but with short burst unlike Rodger Dodger's "Turbo fuel" which gives a long charge but at the risk of your car losing control.

Thats really cool the use of world objects to drive on
Racing is never boring but they would probably ad updates later. They could probably ad item skill drops make it like turbo racing or a game mode like turbo racing. Rocket league has done so much over the years, but don't have pure racing experience.

I think this game looks great, but I worry that it's lacking in content. Like visually it's stunning and I'm excited, but all ive seen is big tracks that look very similar and not so high speed racing like youd expect
At the very least the track creator will give us the great tracks we need if the base game is lacking

I have not played this video game, but I watch the game that they created from how a child looks when playing with hotwheels cars, to feel what it would be like to be inside hotwheels cars, I mean when I was a child. I did tracks, but obviously as a kid I imagined myself inside cars racing on the track. Now looking at the landscape of the game I realize that it looks like a garage, and I think they wanted to give that feeling that I tell you about the children on their hot wheels. To be honest, I hope they get one that is more realistic, like NS (Need for Speed, or Asphalt, it's not a comparison, it would be great if they gave it that touch of racing realism with scratches, crashes, etc. without taking away what Hot Wheels is.
No he jugado este videojuego, pero veo el juego que crearon a partir de cómo ve un niño cuando juega con autos hot wheels, para sentir cómo sería estar dentro de autos hotwheels, me refiero a cuando yo era niño. Hice pistas, pero obviamente cuando era niño me imaginaba dentro de los autos corriendo en la pista. Ahora mirando el paisaje del juego me doy cuenta de que parece un garaje, y creo que querían dar esa sensación que les comento sobre los niños en sus hot wheels. Para ser honesto, espero que obtengan uno que sea más realista, como NS (Need for Speed), o Asphalt, no es una comparación, sería genial si le dieran ese toque de realismo de carreras con rasguños,choques etc. sin quitarle lo que es Hot Wheels.

Doesn't look like there will be power ups. Then again, if they follow the trend of most games these days, they probably will be updating the game, and it could be that they add a "power up" mode in the future, but that's just speculation.
We dont need that shit jus get better at drivin n driftin, had enough of ass drivers thinkin they good cause they item spam
