Had to Tow a Bike 5 Miles in the Utah West Desert: Foot peg to foot peg method

A fuel pump gave it up on the west desert and we had to tow the GS about 5 miles. We used the foot peg to foot peg method and worked good. Kim didn't want to ride double so I left him on the side of the road for 2 and half hours while I road into Delta and got his truck. While he was there, not one car went by. He may have caught a nap.
